With over 35 years of experience in the super yacht industry, I am a passionate business development specialist and entrepreneur who helps clients achieve their goals with innovative and bespoke technology solutions. I am the managing partner at VFA Land & Sea, a company that offers consultancy and technical management for luxury motor yachts and estates in the areas of audio visual, IT, communications, security, and HVAC systems.

I started my career as an electrical and electronics engineer at Honeywell, and then became the first modern day ETO for super yachts in 1994. After working as the technology manager for a fleet of yachts that included Ecstasea, Pelorus, Luna, and Eclipse, I founded Bond Technology Management in 2006, which now has a staff of 50 and offices in six locations. In 2019, I also launched a new venture to improve the air quality and health of yacht owners and crew. I love working in this industry and having a team that makes a difference.

This last quarter will lead Bond TM into our 20th year. 
It was 20 years ago AVIT consulting started with just an idea and the drive to start something I believed it for our industry. From there spawned a number of innovations like AVIT support, AVIT training which were all new and breaking new ground. Some said it wouldn’t last others got it and supported me as a fledgling business. 
I still wake up with the same passion everyday.
