Scaling from 3 to 35 people taught me one thing: Team culture is the backbone of sustainable growth.

Building a team at magier was no accident.

Every hire, every onboarding call, every tough decision I made them with one goal: keep the bar high.

No shortcuts.

When you scale a company, you realise one thing fast. Leading means talking to people all the time.

And honestly, I want to spend that time with my team, not with clients. My job is to enable my team so they can do great work for the client. That is where leadership really happens.

I learned early that culture fit beats a perfect resume.

You can teach skills. You cannot teach attitude or drive.

People who care, show up, and lift the team—those are the ones who shape what’s possible.

A-players change everything.

Great hires push the team forward.
Bad hires pull the team down.

If you lower standards even once, it gets easier to do it again.

That’s how teams lose their edge.

I invest time in coaching, listening, and letting talent grow.

Processes help, but people make it happen.

The magic is in how the team thinks, solves problems, and supports each other.

I had fun building this cool slider for a collab project in Webflow. The thing is that the shape isn't quite what you'd call conventional. 

Using Swiper's coverflow effect and pushing its limits to produce this triangle-shaped depth look.
