Taking a *momentary* break from the Swap content to share that in April 2026, hamstrings permitting, I'll be taking on the Brighton & London marathons. 

As my Strava will attest, this isn't a shameless fitness brag - I'm a long way off. 

But all in aid of an excellent cause - Marie Curie UK, who help to provide a better end-of-life via palliative care. 

If sales has taught me anything, it's the importance of preparation! So I'm beginning my fundraising journey today - any donations would be greatly appreciated for such an important cause 💛 💙
