Danish Loft Design design and manufacture high-end solid wood furniture and accessories, which combine the semi-industrial and durable Loft style with the warmth and elegant minimalism of Danish design principles. Furniture that looks beautiful and will last a lifetime.

Beautifully thick planks of solid wood are offset by brightly coloured, solid metal frames and welded iron plate foundations, all with an industrial-grade, powdercoating finish.

We work with interior designers and architects to create custom-built products and design creative solutions for homes, retail units and the hospitality sector. We also sell direct to customers from our warehouse outlet, during opening hours or by prior arrangement. 

Our furniture is designed and built here in Valencia by skilled local craftspeople and personally overseen by designer, Steven Tynan to ensure the highest quality finish.

Devised to meet the demand for lay betting, where customers bet on the likely loser, I developed a groundbreaking automated system for the European market that dramatically improved the chances of winning whilst selecting a lay bet. The company was later sold as a going concern to a larger company in Gibraltar.

Managing a team of 50 across three locations, I was responsible for all offshore multisite operations and logistics, from recruitment and training, to sales and warehousing. I was also tasked with establishing KPIs and maintaining margins, as well as the management of financial accounts, reporing and tax affairs in accordance with the laws of the States of Jersey.

After graduating in Economics, my career has spanned senior customer-facing positions in sectors including IT, retail and professional services across technical, sales and general management roles.
