As a Senior Compliance Manager, I managed the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle, from due diligence to remediation and continuous monitoring, by integrating risk assessment frameworks aligned with organizational governance standards. Collaborating with procurement category managers and the COE, I streamline risk management processes to mitigate supply chain risks such as price volatility and disruptions while enhancing compliance and operational efficiency.

I also lead supplier segmentation and validation, conducting Supplier Business Reviews with business leaders to ensure quality and performance standards. Leveraging Power BI and Tableau, I create executive-level dashboards and reports that provide data-driven insights, enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions. My proactive approach drives visibility, compliance, and resilience across procurement functions.
