I left the event more grounded, more inspired, and more committed to the long game.

I’ve been holding everything together for months - building multiple companies in public, streaming for hours a day, raising capital, debugging product, onboarding new systems, jumping between 9 different channels.

Yesterday it hit me how easy it is to forget that I’m still just one person.

The weight sneaks up quietly.
Then suddenly it’s in your chest.

It’s the signal that you’re on the edge of becoming someone new.

Building in public exposes everything.
But it also forces you to grow faster than you thought you could.

Building in public forces a different kind of growth. 

When you build privately, you can hide your confusion.
Your mistakes.
Your fear.

When you build publicly, everything is visible. the decisions, the pivots, the broken pieces.

At first, it’s uncomfortable.

Eventually, it becomes a superpower.

You stop performing.
You start refining.

The market learns you.
You learn the market.
Trust compounds.

Public building is pressure, but it's also clarity.

AI doesn't replace people. It replaces the version of you that refuses to adapt.

We’re about to see a gap form that nobody is prepared for.

And it won’t be about money or access.
It’ll be about willingness to adapt.

People see momentum. They don't see the weight. 

Right now I’m building multiple companies in public.
Raising capital.
Streaming daily.
Fixing product.
Onboarding teams.
Running events.
Rebuilding distribution loops.
Navigating Discord.
Trying to be everywhere at once.

And at the same time, I’m holding the emotional energy for everyone around me - optimism, stability, certainty.

The truth is: some days it feels like everything could collapse.
Other days it feels like I’m inches from the biggest breakthrough of my life.

That tension is the actual founder journey.
Not the highlight reel.

Founders underestimate how chaotic real distribution is. 

The deeper I go into Discord and creator culture, the more it feels like the early Bitcoin mining days - messy, unpredictable, tribal.

No rules.
No clean frameworks.

Yesterday I spent hours hopping between servers, absorbing the culture in real time, talking to people who basically live online.

And it hit me:

The future belongs to founders who can navigate chaos and culture at the same time. 

You can’t outsource this.
You can’t “hire a community manager” and hope they understand the culture better than you.

Distribution is becoming a cultural skillset, not a marketing function.

this wasn’t a compliance decision.

bitcoin was built for moments like this.

I’m not discouraged.
I’m not slowing down.

We discussed Guerilla hacking growth for b2b and b2c, hiring, and just had fun. 

A few things: 

- we operate in a bubble the world around is vast and many don’t even know it as GTM, the gos remains the same provide value to customers 5-6x more than you charge ideally.

- we tend to gravitate towards solving problems that are obvious, this makes us the same as others, when we dig deeper and look into the actual needs of our clients do we find the gems for which they stick around

- it’s great to be the ones showing our clients workflows for outcomes, but sometimes take a step back and see what they really need vs what they say they need it’s not always the same! 

We started the night with only 2 of us heading to Macedonia for the HeyReach.io party and I think by the end of the night more than half of us will be sharing a plane and showing up Nick V.

- Festus Seiwoh is an amazing head of sales, he recalled his time at Breakcold with fond memories and we both have a mutual respect for Arnaud Belinga 🧊🔨 and the great CRM hes building as he goes against attio and others good luck! Festus helps SMBs and mid market companies close faster, especially if they dont have closers on their team!  "Calling is critical and people dont want to do it because its hard" 

Alex Field - probably one of the smartest people i have met when it comes to cold calling, his agency helps companies get meetings booked via calls, yes they work. He shared some workflows hes uses for calling, no i wont share those because I wanna use them first :p

Jan Berning shared how Databar.ai is changing the way agencies enrich data at scale with the cheapest rates in town, they do a lot more than just enrichments! Met David Abaev earlier in the day and both are hosting a brunch today DM for details

- Partnering has been one of the biggest growth levers

- Customer case studies and highlights have helped tremendously in growth as well

- You may not need or have  $4M in VC funding so every move you make and $ you spend counts, make it worth it!

- Community is critical people remember how they felt while building with you, they are as much of your story if not more dont forget that!

But here is the thing you don’t need to be unique to build and grow a business or make money! 

Here is what you need to do:

1. Hang out where your audience hangs out this may seem obvious when you are speaking to your customers but this is the same case for you as an agency! 

2. If your selling to roofers figure out what niche roofer conference happens and show up there in person it sounds crazy but seriously it works! 

3. Figure out where else your ICP exists for example for roofers they need permits, be in every permit Facebook group and online forum! 

4. Your ICP should not be able to escape you when they go out or when they online, any time they think about the pain point you solve they should think about you! 

Now does that make you unique absolutely not but then when your everywhere does it even matter if your not unique?
