I’m the President & Founder of Sazmining - a global Bitcoin Mining-as-a-Service platform that manages hardware on behalf of clients and delivers freshly mined BTC to their own wallets. Our mission is to make mining accessible, sustainable, and aligned with our customers’ success - 100% renewable energy, transparent economics, and client control of their rewards. 

Before this, I built and scaled multiple teams and tech systems in crypto and AI - focusing on systems that reduce operational friction, align incentives, and build real trust in decentralized networks.

My focus today is on infrastructure that reduces operational risk and increases deterministic trust, from mining operations powered by carbon-neutral energy to deterministic market settlement systems for digital asset ecosystems.

I speak and write about the intersection of Bitcoin infrastructure, energy, and scalable market protocols - and work with ecosystem leaders to move high-stakes systems from theory into real world adoption.

Started my career in NYC commercial real estate, working with owners, operators, and brokers across multifamily and mixed-use assets. Saw firsthand how broken the process is... slow applications, outdated workflows, and an increasing amount of unverified data and AI-generated fraud entering the system.

Now building VryfID.
We built VryfID to protect the real estate industry from AI-generated fraud and unverified data. VryfID acts as a security layer that authenticates user identity and documents before the application process begins, creating a secure and verified marketplace. The goal is simple: help landlords, brokers, and property managers stop chasing fraudulent leads and focus on real, qualified tenants. Built in NYC, designed for real estate and beyond.

Also the founder of PRAYS, a faith-driven clothing and media brand sparking real conversations around belief, identity, and purpose. What began as an idea has grown into a mission and a community.

Former college soccer player and Team USA athlete, gold medal in Mexico, competed internationally in Argentina and Spain. Sports taught me discipline, resilience, and how to perform when it matters.

From DMs to Real Life – Week 34: David Zar  




We’d been connected on X and LinkedIn for months.
Finally met in person at an event.
And within 2 minutes I said: “We need to do this properly, at your office.”

A few weeks later, he invited me down.

We talked about David’s career, how he got started, and some great real estate stories… including how he bought the first deal from Bob Knakal at his new firm, BKREA.
Full circle moment.

But the thing that stuck with me most…
wasn’t even business.

He told me:
“Get married. Start a family early. Don’t wait too long.”

I’m 24, so I know I still have time, but hearing that from someone further ahead in life really made me pause.

At the end of the day, it’s up to God.
But conversations like this remind me that success isn’t just about deals, growth, or momentum… it’s about building a life, not just a career.

On top of that, David went out of his way to connect me with multiple people who can help us build VryfID.

This is exactly why I do this series.

Sometimes you don’t realize how aligned you are with someone… until you finally sit down in real life.

David has been supporting me on LinkedIn for a while now, but when we met in person last week, it immediately went deeper than business.

We talked spirituality. Religion. Personal goals. Ambition.

I won’t get too deep into it, but I walked away genuinely energized.

On the business side, David is a complete baller.
He’s built an incredible real estate company by: - putting real skin in the game - treating everyone like family - building trust with his team and investors

Those principles work. Really well.

Grateful to have David not just as a supporter, but a mentor and now a real-life friend. Excited for what’s ahead.

They’re just reminders of how fast trust can break down when you don’t truly know who’s on the other side.
