the weak replied:

we took over a corner table. Set up camp for a grind session.

while their colleagues had the weekly standups

- another dude is building optical lenses for VR headsets

the cafe staff looked at us like we were unemployed.

Cloudflare went down yesterday - the CEO Matthew Prince admitted mistake

i'm sorry, Matthew - the fault was mine.

my startup EngageKit also went down, causing frustration for hundreds of users on LinkedIn

then i remember a vibe-security workshop i host at Cloudflare

i said the 200-feature limit on the bot model was weak.

we changed the clickhouse query. pulled from the r0 database.

doubled the features. pure vibes.

the rust code saw the file. it panicked.

5xx errors everywhere. the internet went dark.

on the plus side - we all got a free global penetration test.

if you're not causing a global rollback, you're not shipping hard enough.

yesterday, my lead investor called: "Are you crazy? We’re f*cking down 30%”

i let him finish. then I looked him dead in the eye and whispered:

Lara Acosta, one of the fastest growing influencers on linkedin says that in 2026, the algorithm will NOT reward sloppy posts, you have some amazing advice but not enough experience etc to back you up? No one cares.


This year, LinkedIn changed for the better no doubt, good hooks were getting rewarded, the algo promoted every post.


Heres what you NEED to do to ensure you don't stay behind:

->RESEARCH about your field, learn in depth 
->APPLY that Knowledge- build projects
->Get work experience/whatever ur field requires 
->build in public.

I'm a TEENAGER building a startup and here's my EXACT guide to finding a co founder!(works every time)

For context, whenever I come up with an idea, I already have a co founder in mind and end up doing that project w them. 


Step 1: EXTREMELY EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:
->work on ur mindset. study yourself, find your beliefs, values and what your vision is.

Step 2: 
-> before u ask someone to join u, do your research on what you're doing. you should  have taken action ASAP so the other person knows you're serious. 

Step 3:
->Evaluate the people u know, your classmates, connections, friends etc- think about who matches your values the most and has a similar vision

Step 4: 
-> Reach out to them, show them ur progress tell them your vision and here's the thing, If it doesn't work out- its not the end of the world. Reach out more


Step 5: 
->Keep working hard and have fun!

at 11 I became obsessed with Harry Potter, loved editing and wanted to be a youtuber.
Everyone said no so I hopped on Pinterest, reached out to youtubers across France, Germany, Sri Lanka and Turkiye and started connecting with them on Pinterest.


It made me feel alive. Knowing, that the world was much bigger than what they say!

○In 2021-> I joined Pinterest  and grew my account to 1.1k+ followers, 28k impressions 

->In 2022->Joined LinkedIn  to annoy my cousin and instead ended up reaching out to astronuats

->In 2023->I deleted my Pinterest account 

->In 2025 (July)-> i started posting on linkedin and grew to almost 4k followers with 50k+ views a week 

Here's what u should take from this post : Obsession will take u places, just trust ur own timeline.

If you're building something and don't have ambitious people around you-LINKEDIN is your place!


I've been using this platform for quite some time now and I'm so grateful. People here are so inspiring and hardworking-everyone is working on getting to their goals despite any odds that are coming in their way.


I reached out to @Annie Liu after reading her goated posts and she's genuinely one of the kindest people I've met. 

In the attached screenshot, we talk about our goals in 10-20 years and honestly its crazy how we all are at the same platform, interacting and learning from people yet have really different goals. 

If there's anything you should take away from this, let it be:
->start posting 
->reach out to people
->build a community of people that inspire you everyday

Reading Pavan' s posts is always so refreshing- he's inspiring people to not js embrace failure but to push harder in life because you only get ONE chance- why waste it?

if you always had what u wanted,over time, you'd stop feeling happy.

Sadness teaches u the value of happiness and lessons you wouldn't learn otherwise.
Happiness shows you that things don't stay bad all the time.

As a huge extrovert who likes to have accountability partners, im so grateful i reached out to her because if I hadn't , I wouldn't have known that what she's working on is EXACTLY what I need
& seeing HER put in so much effort into her goals inspired me even more. ☆☆☆☆☆
