The role required leadership of a global team of evangelists in addition to more than 500 in country resources who supported our customers. Responsibilities included Business development, sales and through to deal closure and successful delivery.

Peter led the professional services team, spanning technology areas including Storage and Data, Hybrid Cloud and Modern workplace. The business delivered over $45M in core services revenue, growing consistently in each financial year. The role required leadership of over 100 people, across sales, business development and solutioning. In addition, P and L management, Pursuit support and client engagement where critical parts of the position.  Whilst running this organisation Peter was part of the UKI services leadership team, a business worth over $500M in annual revenue.

As the sales Manager for Hybrid Cloud in the UK and I, Peter was responsible for delivering growth in this key strategic market for HP in the UK. The Helion portfolio includes software, services and managed offerings that support customers in the adoption of hybrid clouds. 

The role focused on developing offerings and solutions for a number of HP's global accounts, in addition he runs a team of sales and pre-sales specialists who help clients across numerous segments and industry verticals. 

Specialties: Sales management and business development, negotiation, strategy and planning.

As a sales manager in the Enterprise Group, Peter's role was to manage a team of specialists covering multiple technologies from HPE, including:
•	Storage and Back-up

As BladeSystem business manger Peter was responsible delivering and managing this multi million $ business for the UK and I. During the 4 years I managed this business; HP progressed to be a dominant player in the market and consistently achieved a 65% plus share of the market.

At Ingram Micro, a leading distributor, Peter was responsible for the server and storage business. This involved managing a team of specialists and the P and L for this segment. Ingram supported several vendors including HP, IBM, and Fujitsu. This business delivered more than $15M revenue per year.

Peter spent over two years Developing and training the HP partner community on how to sell ProLiant Solutions. The role involved delivering important messaging around HP differentiators to both a channel and end user audience.

Peter's role as telemarketing manager involved managing a team of 6 people who worked on developing leads and opportunities for a number of IT vendors. Clients included HP, Epson and Lexmark. The role required consistent people management in addition to performance setting and delivering against targets.
