Starting her career as a live photographer on the London club circuit, wo0 has shot some of the biggest names in music as well as honing an excellent knack for capturing those priceless in-the-moment crowd shots. 50 Cent is my actual hero. 

If you don’t know much about the legendary petty troll, here’s a few things he’s done to people he doesn’t like. 

He bought the front 4 rows at Ja Rule concert so he would be performing to empty seats. Extra kicker - he bought them on Groupon and paid pittance.

Now he absolutely hates PDiddyphile and always has (good judge of character or what?)…

The Pdo hired a videographer at the beginning of his case to document everything…but because he didn’t win, he didn’t pay. Crook. 

It’s ok though, he didn’t lose out because Fiddy took the tapes off his hands. 

Fiddy notoriously doesn’t speak to the news…however he’s breaking his silence and working with ABC News…because that’s the only channel that’s played in prison.

Have you heard anything as epically petty?

I learnt a long time ago that who you surround yourself with can literally make or break you. 

Spending time getting rid of the negative and toxic people from my life is the best thing I could have ever done. 

Whether they be friends, colleagues, family or partners, people can drag you down and stifle your wonderousnesses. 

I took photos at a Women in Finance event recently, and it was so utterly inspiring. 

Tanya Elmaz (and her brilliant team) put the event on and getting to watch my favourite speaker, Jo P., and listen in on real conversations was a real privilege. 

These are the kind of women that lift you up. Support you. Advise you. Laugh with you. Tell you you’re being a knob when you’re being a knob. 

I’m proud to also be one of those women. 

I’m fiercely in your corner, cheerleading, building, advising, strategising.

You can make all the excuses you want…budget, Christmas, new moon in Scorpio. 

Business is HARD. 

I’ve been told not to talk about the struggles I have in my business because it stops people wanting to buy from you. 

Screw that. IT’S REALLY HARD. 

You’re running this on your own. You really REALLY care about the people you work with. You’re EXCEPTIONALLY good at what you do. You’re THE most genuine, open, supportive person. You literally change people’s lives, and yet you’ve not sold a photoshoot this month. Add ADHD to the mix and you’re not sure how you’re going to pay your rent in a few days. 

It was all going so well until 2 people pull out of shoots and 3 monthly subscriptions finish at the same time 🤦🏻‍♀️ 

I don’t even know what I’m writing any more. 

This is ‘wake up worried at 3am and try to write a really good post that someone will see and have to buy immediately’ content. 

And beating yourself up over it certainly won’t bloody help - stupid brain. 

Anyway I guess the moral of the story is - Not everything always goes right and that’s just a shit. But we all go through it, and if you’re resonating, I see you. It’s going to be alright, Treacle, I promise x

Someone said to me the other day that people hire me because I’m me…it’s a bonus they get such amazing photos. 

At first I found that really awkward. 

But now I’m like…

Yeah.

I’m an absolute pleasure to be around, I’m hilarious, I’m a chaotic ball of wonderful and I pass it on to you. 

No awkward in front of the camera.
No worried about what people think.
Just a full day of fun and laughter, with bonus photos at the end. 

I’ve had a couple of shoots postponed so have some space before Christmas. 

They ain’t gonna be here for long, so get into my DM’s and let’s GO!x

So yesterday we talked about a short, round, hairy, chode owning, saucy screen star. 

Someone who is unapologetically themself in all aspects of the word. 

And look where it’s got him. 

(Yeah I get that he’s a certain demographic, but we’re taking what’s ours now, OK?)

So how do YOU do that…and how do you do that with ME?

Well it’s simple really. 

We talk. We build our relationship. We gain trust and we get down omelette. 

And when I say I rub off on you, I’m not taking a leaf out of Mr Jeremy’s top shelf read. 

Once you’re ready (and it doesn’t take long), we start building what your business, brand and photos look like. 

My brain starts sparking before we’ve even spoken…I have ALL the ideas. 

(In fact I have ideas for loads of you on here that will probably never book me.)

I have this gift (it’s diagnosed) of giving confidence, growing business,  looking at things at a higher level, and after all of that, capturing your essence. 

I might minge about on here, but I am all in with you. And I take my work very seriously, even though we laugh…a LOT.

I know you’re telling yourself all these things to stop you from stepping out of your comfort zone. 

Well let me address some of them right now…

‘I don’t have the confidence’ - That’s why we work on that together and build it up so you ARE ready. 

‘I’m not photogenic’ - Total crap! I will not only take photos of you that you like…you’ll bloody love them and want more. 

‘People will look at me while we’re on the shoot’ - Not that I’m making this all about me, but when you see a middle aged, overweight woman, sweating and groaning when she gets off the floor, they ain’t worried about your gorgeous self. 

‘But I’m not gorgeous’ - YES YOU ARE

‘I don’t need photos’ - You’re massively mistaken. Good imagery is crucial for your business and brand if you want to stand out against your competitors. 

‘I don’t know how to pose’ - Of course you don’t! Why would you if you’ve never done this? I will guide you through everything

And you’re literally the reason I get to live this gorgeous life (yeah I did the work, you know what I mean…stop being anal)

But it’s not enough

Text and screens and algorithms aren’t enough for me. 

I need more. 

I need to talk to your actual face and look at your actual skin and smell your actual smell. 

Since I moved to Gillingham I haven’t been to any networking events that I haven’t worked at…I miss it!

I used to meet people weekly in London, but it’s not as easy here so my brain says NOPE!

I’d like to go to some around here but I’d need them recommended to me because, well, I’m me!

And I’m the same me at a business thing as I am at not business thing. 

None of this ‘pretending to be professional’ malarkey. 

If you’re showing up like I do too, then bloody well done!

You’re attracting your ideal client and charging your worth, as well as not trying to be someone else (arghhh the weight of that I do not miss).

All of these things (plus me just being a completely hilarious and chaotic human) make for a day where you not only DON’T feel awkward, shy or scared…you’ll bloody love it and want to do it again. 

It happens every time.

Big things will happen in 2026, mark my words. 

And if you’re not investing in yourself and your business, you’re going to get left behind. 

No ifs, no buts, that’s just how it is. 

I’ve seen people stay in the same place, but also go backwards…from putting loads of time and effort in, to becoming stagnant. 

Potential clients are watching and it’s not making them get their chequebook (we should bring them back) out. 

I’ve invested loads in myself this year, and I’ve already signed up to work with two different coaches next year.

Seymours Estate Agents

Office Manager

In this administrative role I am responsible for ensuring that all properties available for sale or let are
added to the internal Reapit or Veco systems, and that high quality brochures are produced to
advertise these. As well as this, I am responsible for ordering property photography where necessary
alongside floor plans and EPCs. Once a property has sold, I produce all the accompanying
paperworks and send these to the relevant solicitors, including raising all invoices.
I also run the social media accounts for the branch and produce all posts produced on these, as well
as some of the on screen video advertising in the branch windows. This includes regular posting to
advertise properties for sale or rent, Google Reviews the branch has received and property
walkthrough videos.
I also undertake general admin tasks such as petty cash handling, stationery orders and sending out
weekly mail merges.

Carcharias Creative

Freelance graphic design and video editing under my own company. I primarily produce social media graphics for non-league football clubs to advertise club fixtures. 

Clients have included clubs from National League level down to Middlesbrough Sunday league.

Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Staines Town F.C.

In this role I was responsible for the filming of home matches for the football club, and in turn developing match highlights. This content was circulated on the club’s social media channels, as well as their YouTube page.  I assisted in the running of the club social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and solely ran the Instagram and YouTube accounts).

I also put forward proposals for matchday content which were explored when lower league football made a return in August 2021, and also led on a series of interviews with former players to keep content flowing during the lockdown period.

I also assisted with the running of the club website.

Video Editor

Fulhamish

Filming and editing the Stats Show for Fulhamish on a monthly basis.

I also edit some of the Flashback pieces for the Fulhamish social media platforms.

Richmond Borough Council

In this role I am primarily monitoring the email mailbox for the whole team, marking items for their respective officers to action. Items that I will action include authorising parking bay suspensions, issuing Section 50, non- excavation and mobile plant licences, and inputting Section 74 offences, FPNs and events onto the Symology system. 

I also assist in the organisation of special events (including concerts and rugby events at Twickenham Stadium) throughout the borough (issuing works orders for advance traffic signage, arranging meetings to discuss events, raising invoices for events), including hire of table and banner space. 

I have also created multiple finance trackers for both Richmond and Wandsworth councils’ Streetworks departments – these include main finance trackers for the 2019/20 financial year, as well as licence trackers, FPN trackers, section 74 offence trackers and directional signage trackers. These trackers automatically generate Word documents where required, with the required information auto-generated from the tracker spreadsheets and userforms to select what action to undertake. As well as this, Outlook reminders are set up where any actions are required (eg send a licence on a particular date).

Network Management Technical Administrator

Richmond and Wandsworth Councils

Liaising with tenants and contractors to arrange housing repairs, sending out letters to blocks/estates where necessary, scanning and indexing of post, processing of void properties, issuing parking permits to residents, ordering and overseeing stationery supplies, various admin duties.

Extensive testing and daily use of the Civica software package, and regular use of e5, Integra and Saffron systems.

Housing Admin Officer

Trafalgar Lighting

Carried out filming and video editing on a short term apprenticeship basis for a stage lighting hire company, who also provide drama support. Editing projects included "how to" videos for various stage and film makeup styles, and short information films using Adobe editing packages.

This role also included the updating of the social media channels on a daily basis, as well as optimising videos for SEO.

Carried out general admin duties over 1 week work experience.

Admin Assistant

DEbRA Charity Shop

Carried out 4 weeks of work experience in a charity shop, dealing with customers and arranging stock.

Store Assistant

St Andrew's Group

Worked in a busy call centre for a company who are part of the HBOS group, dealing with credit card insurance and insurance benefits.  This involved dealing with a variety of different customers and dealing with various situations.

Customer Service Assistant

Proven track record in administrative roles throughout my career, as well as content creation and filming. 

Use of the Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop and Premiere.

Use of various video editing packages such as Avid, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere.
