I’m Wendy, but most people call me wo0 (my clients started calling me the Queen of Angles, so I rolled with it).

I’ve been photographing humans for over twenty years. 

Not just pointing a camera at them, but understanding them...how they move, how they think, what makes them tick and what brings them to life.

That’s why my work isn’t JUST photos (even though they're epic) - It’s confidence building, brand positioning, psychology and strategy all wrapped up in ADHD chaos.

Today after many long years of waiting I start my ADHD medication. 

I’m not gonna lie, I’m betting everything on these working. 

If they don’t I’ve built out up so much I’m going to be pretty gutted. 

I’ve been struggling with it recently.

Whenever I speak at an event, I always warn the room that I might say some naughty words…like quim and chode and such like. 

And Friday was no different. 

The legend that is Katy L. asked me to be do a keynote at her masquerade ball that was put on to raise money for Oasis Domestic Abuse Service. 

Of course I obliged…having been in two (I’m greedy) DA relationships and worked on Female Five Million, it’s a subject close to my heart. 

I did what I always do and showed up as myself…chaotic, sweary and making jokes (trauma made me hilarious)

And I’ll be doing the same next Monday for Sophie Jane Lee’s Unapologetic Voice Marathon. 

It’s just one of the billion things she’s doing to celebrate her book, Beyond Palatable, coming out.

Now I say this in the nicest way possible, and I really don't mean to be a bitch, but...

Recently I got back some photos of me while I was speaking on stage and I nearly cried at how awful they were.

I looked like I’d been on the pingers for 3 days straight…a photo at a bad angle when you’re mid word is not pretty. 

Unfortunately this is so common in the speaker world. 

You work for years to become the master of your craft, learn how to speak about it, work hard on your talk, overcome those nerves and perform like an utter badass.

You. Feel. Incredible!

Then when you get your photos back...that feeling disappears.

All you can think is 'Did I really look like that up there?'

No. No you absolutely did not.

It’s not you. It’s the way the photo was taken (and I actually think some photographers are really mean with some of the photos they share with the world). 

There are 4 types of photographer taking photos like this at events

- Event photographers that are paid to take photos of the entire event and don't necessarily have time to focus on you, and need to get the (excuse the pun) bigger picture.

- ATGNI (All The Gear No Idea) photographers that turn up and look like they're doing the job, but oh my sticky gusset, do NOT deliver good photos.

- Photographers that understand the assignment and deliver great photos.

- Me. Someone who has designed Personal Paparazzi for exactly this reason.

For years now I've been taking photos of speakers getting ready for their talk, all possible angles of them while they're speaking, and of them talking to people after their talk...WITHOUT making them look like their chin is on their shoulder.

I don't really talk about it much on here because it's more of a word of mouth thing to be honest, but after getting my pics, I just needed to share.

You travel, cowork, and design for the top 1%.

I once dreamed of this.

Now I'm seeing it come true.

You are never too late to start.

📍 Paris.

In 2025, I got a stage invite in Denmark.

The stage shared by the top LinkedIn names.

My host got everything sorted for me.

Tickets. Formal invite. Hotel stay.

Ubaid was ready to travel for the first time out of Pakistan.

First time to be on a plane.

"Finally, a dream coming true..."

I booked my appointment for immigration.

3 days in a row. One document after the other.

From fingerprints to financial proofs.

I did everything I could have done.

Result? Visa rejected.

Reason? My Pakistani passport.

I was holding the yellow paper and reading the clause. An invalid perception about my passport.

(All this while I submitted a whole sack of papers.)

But there is "Khayr" in every delay.

Life continued.

A few months later, I got my visa for Germany.

Since then, I have traveled to 7 countries. Met my favorite LinkedIn humans. Attended the coolest Link Up meetup in Bosnia.

What I thought was a rejection. 

Allah knew it was a redirection.

Keep pushing. 

The right doors will open for you.

At the right time.

1. Duplicate your banner file.
2. Remove everything. Clean page.
3. Bring the "headline" first.
4. Social proof after it.
5. CTA at the very end.

Adjust your 3 elements in a way that the reader sees them in the following order.

Headline --> Proof --> CTA

Your banner is the hero section of your profile.

You either get ignored or explored.

60 seconds colors masterclass.

(you'll never find colors difficult after this)

🔴 All you have to stop:

- Ignoring the psychology of colors.
- Using bad contrast colors together.
- Excessive use of neon (bright) colors.
- Using more than 3 colors in one design.
- Picking random colors for every design.

🟢 Here's what to do instead:

- Understand color meanings and associations.
- Make sure colors are aligned with your brand.
- Test color choices on WCAG standards.
- Ask your friend for 2nd brain feedback.
- Limit color palette to max 3-5 colors.

Good colors blow emotions in your design.

Bad colors make people skip.

Choice is yours.

Step 1: Take out every unnecessary element.
Ex: Lines, shapes, photos.

Step 2: Rearrange the primary elements.
Ex: Headline, CTA, social proof in banner.

Step 3: Create a visual hierarchy for smooth flow.
Ex: Big font size for headline. Accent color for CTA.

Step 4: Insert any additional elements, one at a time.
Ex: A stage talk image of you in the background.

Step 5: Leave the screen, review it later.
Ex: Go out for coffee or take a walk.

If you still love it after step 5, you are almost done.

If not, repeat steps 1-5.

LinkedIn will never tell you "leads are waiting" for you.

It will give you signs.

Profile views. Connection requests. Silent lurkers.

Take the signs and optimize for them.

If your profile is not sorted in the first place, you have already lost them.

Simple as that.

I have audited 17+ profiles in the last 2 weeks.

(What I found will make you rethink yours.)

1. Mobile-first profiles win. 70%+ users are on mobile.
2. Mismatched CTAs across profile confuse buyers.
3. Poor color contrast makes the content invisible.
4. Visitors spend 7 of 15 seconds on the banner.
5. Featured order matters more than you think.
6. The About section is "about them", not you.
7. Complex jargon kills strong positioning.
8. Visual cues beat copy in 0.1 seconds.
9. Featured isn’t for pins. Link offers.

1. Pick the carousel or post you want to test.
2. Show it to your peer or a family member.
3. Ask them what they see.

If they paused to "figure out", or they couldn’t answer it properly. The design needs to be iterated.

Simple as that.

If it's not functional, it’s not even a design.

Design class over.

Let’s say, 10 reactions in first 7 minutes.

If you’re getting 2 or less, bad day. 

Keep the content for another day.

If not, let the fish swim in th water for a while.

I don’t have a complex process at all.

1. A design inquiry happens.
2. I ask for your current brand state.
3. Ask if your offer and positioning are sorted.
4. Check my availability status for the matching offer.
5. I share the offer breakdown document.
6. If it aligns, the Stripe link is next.
7. Onboarding and getting started.

No time urgency in the offer. 

Works only if it's a priority for you.

Not just "exploring the options."

My process is designed as a collaborator, not another fiverr service seller.
