At 18 years old, life challenged me.

I was supposed to figure out how to close $1.5M in family debt.

I started freelancing and learning SEO, ads, etc…

But freelancing would take years to close such debt.

So I got an opportunity to work with a business owner.

And I promised him to scale his eCom business and cut a deal to get 10% of profits instead of a fixed fee.

Two months in, I took him from a few thousand to 66,000$/month.

Then, I got offered 30% to handle the entire business.

A few months later, we started hitting $100K, $200K, and even $300K in sales/month.

That’s when I was able to pay my family’s debt, start building my own businesses and become financially free.

That’s what I did when I hit rock bottom.

E-commerce changed my life.

	Played an integral role in the design and implementation of 11 HR initiatives for the Ministry of Interior in Abu Dhabi which included competency framework development, updating performance appraisal system, implementing the talent management framework, and training needs analysis. 
	Trained, developed and coached a team of 5+ senior consultants to be promoted to more senior positions and handle more complicated projects and clients.

Assistant Manager - People and Change

Assist, participate and support in conducting data gathering and analysis, reports preparation, designing solutions as well developing business proposals in HR consulting projects covering HR transformation, performance management, organization design and change management. Notable Accomplishments Include:
	Was part of the team that established the HR consulting arm of PwC in Kuwait, in connection with business development, project executions, and team recruitment. 
	Assisted in execution of full-fledged HR restructuring project for a leading investment company, covering the review and redesign of organization structure, developing of job descriptions, creating a job grading structure as well as HR policies and procedures. 
	Responsible for writing a winning business proposal to a major oil and gas company in Kuwait to conduct full fledged HR transformation.
