I met the Whatagraph team during the Rockstart 2017 program where I had the opportunity to be one of their mentors. The team has done an incredible job scaling their SaaS company. Our customers experience a 50% decrease in product waste, reduction in time to value, and significant product ROI increase.

As a commercially driven and communicative product and technology nerd, I love to work with other teams like marketing, sales, and customer success. I also leverage my operator experience to perform in-depth SaaS due diligence and acceleration for product and tech, supporting VC, PE, and companies in SaaS to minimize investment risk and maximize ROI. Additionally, I am an angel investor and advisor for several SaaS companies.

A split role aimed at establishing a (SaaS) product that excites and reaches product market fit within the corporate segment (organizations 1000 employees +) - This part of the role entails allocating product/feature development that aligns with current and upcoming customer jobs to be done for both the buyer (corporate client) as the user (employee)

Secondly, I am responsible for leveraging our existing technology and capabilities into new market segments. I take the lead in packaging existing product capabilities into new propositions and business models.

Thirdly, I am end-responsible for the marketplace and partner eco-system which is a core value driver within the product.

Summary of activities: 
- Define the Dutch product market fit and develop the product/proposition accordingly 
- Product Owner for White Label & Channel 
- Allocate and maintain strategic partnerships (150+ A-brands, partner marketplace)
- Set a data business intelligence framework to support decision making 
- Lead the product evolution in emerging segments

Product Manager & Head of Marketplace/Channel 

Head of Partnerships & User Engagement for the Dutch SaaS solution. 

Essentially, I focus on establishing long-term strategic partnerships containing exclusive conditions for Benify's closed employee network (500.000 users). Secondly, I manage all e-Commerce related activities within the platform. Ultimately, I translate all user feedback and BI into product development proposals and support strategic decision making for the product road-map.

I fell in love with building digital products and ecosystems; with increased enthusiasm towards B2B2C SaaS products. I have a proven record of building and monetising partner marketplaces and software products from scratch.

Naturally, I have a strong eagerness to hunt for Product Market Fit by building a product organisation that unites with the Industry, is close to the commercial teams and synergises with Tech to co-develop
(instead of pushing tickets downstream) -  While establishing unity and clarity throughout the entire organisation.

For almost a decade, I have been actively engaging within the Employee Compensation & Benefits space. After being part of hundreds of tenders and onboarding millions of users across EMEA, I gained a strong understanding of the landscape and the critical success factors, including underserved markets and solution provider flaws. Hence, I joined YourCampus as Co-Founder. 

My personal goal is to create a world where compensation packages are fully personalised and flexible. Enabling compensation to move along with life challenges and phases of each individual. Unlocking maximum value for both employee as employer while embracing fiscal advantages and technology to drive adoption and engagement.
