After acquiring the starting in 2016, I spent 7 years building a strong team of 1,500 employees, 100 million in revenue, professional, dedicated, and compassionate employees across Arizona, and Florida, to transform the business, and grow its patient reach and revenue from 0-100 million with In 7 years, Haven healthcare, did home health, hospice, Pallative, and tele health, which was sold two my two other partners, currently for 2023 it is on track to hit 120 million in revenue, with my management team, and Arizona being the core foundation for growth. 

Driven by the mission to help patients receive life-changing care and comfort, I expanded the business from a 

including home health offices, hospices, telemedicine health care providers, and nursing services, with a world-class continuum of care and top level of patient service.

- Concluded a strategic exit in December 2022 by divesting ownership to partners, facilitating continued expansion and scaling of the enterprise under their vision.

Dom focuses his practice in the areas of business law and transactions. Within those areas, Dom's practice is industry-agnostic and focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, franchise matters, and finance. He routinely serves as outside general counsel to his business clients, assisting them with matters ranging from entity structuring and commercial transactions to resolving intra-company disputes, representing claimants in civil asset forfeiture matters, and assisting with white collar criminal defense matters. 

Dom has been recognized in the 2023 Southwest Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers; as a “Rising Star in Law” by The Phoenix Business Journal in 2021; and in the 2022 and 2023 lists of “Ones to Watch in America” by Best Lawyers. 

In addition to his legal practice, since 2019 Dom has been an adjunct professor of business ethics and law at the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University.

Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Dom attended Duke University where he graduated with the degrees of Juris Doctor from the School of Law and Master of Arts in Philosophy from the Graduate School. Dom’s law school experience included externships with the Federal Election Commission’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C., and as a summer law clerk for Chief Judge Raner C. Collins and Bankruptcy Judge Brenda M. Whinery in Tucson, AZ. During law school, Dom served as an Executive Editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and as a staff editor for the Duke Law and Technology Review. He also worked for Duke Athletics as a tutor for student athletes and as a mentor to freshman football players.

Dom is an alumnus of The University of Arizona and its Honors College, where he received the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing, from the Eller College of Management. He is a native Arizonan and grew up in Tucson.
