I advise on spending a mid-5-figures monthly budget on everything creator partnerships, influencers, and media partnerships.

I also consult Vaer on internal project management processes, CRM flows, and improving team productivity.

Lettria

Lettria is a no-code AI and NLP platform. I fulfilled a variety of product-related content responsibilities at Lettria, and owned the content on the company website.

⚙️ Technical Content:
• Responsible for platform knowledge base (using Hubspot)
• Contributing to UX writing for existing and new app features
• Creating and maintaining in-app onboarding and walkthroughs (using Pendo)

💻 Web Content:
• Owned the Webflow site from A→Z, content, design and production.
• Creating videos for Lettria's YouTube channel
• Writing LinkedIn posts for Lettria's LinkedIn page
• Writing and sending monthly customer newsletters (using Hubspot)
• Writing weekly blog posts for the Lettria blog on a variety of NLP and AI topics

Mythe tenace #1 : Le marketing génère des leads, les sales les closent.

Réalité : aujourd'hui, le pipeline se construit de partout. 
- Marketing grâce au contenu, social, PR… 
- Les sales avec l'outreach (email, call…). 
- Product avec les trials, les démos interactives… 
- Les ops avec les intents, les automations, etc.

Mythe tenace #2 : Les MQLs sont le meilleur moyen de mesurer la performance marketing.

Réalité : L'obsession des MQL encourage le spray-and-pray, ce qui rend impossible de savoir si vous touchez les bons comptes au bon moment. Les MQLs sont très souvent une vanity metric (selon moi) qui cache des gros problèmes.

Mythe tenace #3 : Le reporting basé sur les comptes est trop complexe pour être actionnable.

Réalité : En 2026, il existe des outils qui rendent ça très accessible. Même avec les restrictions LinkedIn, vous pouvez tracker combien de comptes ICP vous avez identifiés, où ils sont dans leur buying journey, quelles activités les font progresser…

Ce que je vous recommande : créez une base de données avec tous vos comptes ICP et suivez :

(a) ceux pour qui le décisionnaire est identifié
(b) s'ils vous connaissent
(c) s'ils sont intéressés
(d) en considération
(e) en sélection 
(f) client

Faites du marketing l'équipe qui orchestre tout ça (et qui contribue au pipeline !). Ça implique probablement de faire migrer les SDRs (et quelques agents AI gérés par les ops) sous le marketing.

Et enfin lancez des expérimentations. Mesurez. Scalez ce qui marche.

En moyenne, 68% des MQLs générés par le marketing ne sont *jamais* contactés par les sales. Et ce n'est pas par manque de temps.

C'est par manque de confiance dans la qualité de ce qui remonte du marketing…

La raison est souvent simple : marketing et sales ne partagent pas la même définition de ce qu'est un "bon" prospect.

C'est tout.

Donc chez beaucoup de nos clients, on a abandonné la course au volume pour se concentrer sur 3 choses :

+ Un ICP partagé entre marketing et sales (pas deux versions)
+ Du contenu qui adresse les objections des deals en cours
+ L'IA pour scorer l'intent réel, pas un semblant d'engagement

Et c’est là où l’IA est (selon moi) encore trop sous-exploitée : 
Identifier les signaux d'achat réels, créer du contenu adapté à chaque étape du cycle, et aligner marketing/sales sur les mêmes données en temps réel.

La conversion ne se “hacke” pas. 
Elle se gagne en réduisant la charge mentale, une micro-friction après l’autre.

J’ai regroupé dans le visuel 8 lois UX que je reviens voir dès que la conversion d’un site ou app stagne (signup, checkout, prise de RDV…).

1. Aesthetic-Usability Effect : un produit perçu comme “propre” paraît plus simple  
2. Doherty Threshold : la sensation de vitesse compte autant que la vitesse  
3. Von Restorff Effect : ce qui contraste se retient (et se clique)  
4. Goal-Gradient Effect : plus on approche du but, plus on accélère  
5. Hick’s Law : trop de choix = pas de choix  
6. Miller’s Law : au-delà de 7±2 éléments, on perd du monde  
7. Peak-End Rule : on juge une expérience sur un pic + la fin  
8. Postel’s Law : soyez strict sur ce que vous acceptez, souple sur ce que vous renvoyez

Ce n’est pas magique. Mais ça aide à :
• trouver des idées de tests  
• écrire des hypothèses plus nettes  
• expliquer pourquoi “ça ne convertit pas” sans raconter d’histoires
