It's a flat fee  of $4500 no other commissions paid. No matter the size of the loan. We deal with all execution types.

We do all the work a regular broker does from underwriting the deal to putting together the package. It's then sent out to the lenders and we work to negotiate for you the best terms out there. Once we have a lender identified that you want to move forward with we get you a term sheet and then make the introduction to the lender directly and you take it from there to closing.
