By following the agreed KPIs, SLA, both application and infrastructure are being kept running well at the same time. The Standard Operation Processes were created basing on the ITIL framework.

Managed a 9 people team which locates in China, Japan, Korea and India to support IT Infrastructure of Harman APAC sites including about 20 offices/plants/Labs. Make sure all users in those sites can work normally. All devices and applications should be assured to work well and get improved.

2012/7 - 2013/6: 
Worked in Cargill Shanghai Headquarter as a PMO Project Manager of Asia Pacific to manage multiple projects in Asia Pacific Area. By following the agreed KPIs and SLA, both application and infrastructure projects were managed properly at the same time. The working processes were created basing on the ITIL framework.
