As a Breakthrough Enrolment Coach at HPC, my primary focus was to host one-on-one discovery calls with coaches seeking to grow their businesses to $10K+ per month. Utilizing NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning) style questioning, I engaged with coaches to understand their current and past approaches, as well as their business and personal goals and why these goals were important to them. 

This process illuminated what was missing for them to achieve their goals—usually a trifecta of business skills, support, and accountability. Coaches also got to experience firsthand how to conduct a discovery call and enrol someone without being 'salesy', pushy or needing to rely on hard tactics or heavy convincing, which is often the main reason coaches struggle to grow their business.

As an HPC Performance Coach, I help fellow coaches uncover and overcome personal obstacles to creating impactful coaching businesses by sharing insights, tools, and proven strategies to get them moving again. These one-on-one sessions provide an incredible opportunity for hyper-focused, insightful coach-to-coach feedback. During these sessions, I challenge fellow coaches to rethink their assumptions while supporting them in building upon their skills and experience.

In addition, I also served as an Accountability Coach for the program. This involved holding coaches accountable to their goals, ensuring they stayed on track, and providing consistent support and motivation to help them achieve their business milestones.

I'm a mindset & confidence coach that helps GBTQ+ men uncover 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑺𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 and turn it into 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒚 so they can stop feeling guilty and live a happy and fulfilling life.
 
Bullied as a child, I accepted that it was easier to hide and avoid than to confront my bullies. This avoidance persisted into adulthood. Instead of facing my fears head-on, I hid behind my "armour" to shield my vulnerabilities.
 
Avoiding my issues and my constant need for perfectionism didn't bring me any relief. It gradually obliterated my self-confidence.
 
Over time, my avoidance & perfectionism lead to feeling:
 
∙ FRUSTRATED with my shortcomings
∙ EXHAUSTED by my countless failures
∙ RESIGNED to live an unfulfilling life
∙ FEARFUL of making MOST decisions
∙ DEFEATED as my brain reinforced negative beliefs with confirmation bias
∙ DYSREGULATED every time my 'buttons were pushed'
