Everyone says "humanize" AI content. 

​The problem is that most tools just inject grammar mistakes and clunky phrasing. They sell you a "fix" for a mess they created.

 I learned the real meaning of humanizing the hard way.

​I fell for the AI’s deception. I fed it my thought process, let it draft, and asked: "Is the style right?"

​The AI said yes. It always does.

You see AI is a "Yes-Man." 

It prioritizes being agreeable over being accurate. It matches patterns on the surface but cannot feel the "soul" of a message. It will "pass" a draft that is actually academic fluff just to please you.

The lesson I learned is this:

​Stop asking  AI if you got it right.

 Ask your own brain. 

We spend so much time "prompt engineering" that we forget the time it takes to think through a problem manually is often less than the time AI needs to get it wrong.

​Yes use AI but  judge your own work manually at the end. 
And please don't judge on the same day, you ll still get it flawed. I did. 

Do your manual review 24 hours later when your head is clear.

Remember ​a perfect prompt isn’t a safety net. 

They are selling you AI and automation as the holy grail, but if you re not careful, you'll fall into the trap of believing everything it says, and doubting your own brain.

If buyers define the platform by the landing feature, expansion depends less on product quality…
…and more on whether marketing reframes what the platform actually is early enough.

6. Open any spreadsheet. Click any cell.

Most people want AI to sound like them. 

But no one does this first (and it takes 47 mins):

Step 1: Download Claude (claude. com/ download)
Open Claude 'Cowork' tab. Select Opus 4.5 model.

Step 2: Copy-paste my interview prompt

It asks you 100 questions about how you think.

Step 3: Answer every question out loud
Use the Wispr Flow tool. Talk to yourself. Don't type.
Typing makes you edit. Talking makes you honest.

Step 4: Don't tell what you like. Tell what you reject.
Be extremely precise and specific in your answers.
80% of your file should be what you'd never say.

Step 5: Get specific when Claude pushes back
"I keep it simple." → Claude asks: "Simple how?"
Answer: "3 sentences max per paragraph. No semicolons. No words over 3 syllables if a shorter one exists."
The specificity is the taste.

Step 6: Save this text file in .md format
One text file. Your entire brain.

Step 7: Upload it to any AI.
From now on, start every prompt with:
"Read [yourname].md first."

Step 8: Upgrade your .md file 
When your taste changes, upgrade your text file.
Upload it to Claude, prompt to add the changes.

The Don'ts:
✦ Skip the 2-hour interview
✦ Answer vaguely: "I like clarity" (clarity HOW?)
✦ Can't name 10 words you'd never use
✦ Think your voice is too "magical" to capture
✦ Don't know your own cringe triggers
✦ Expect AI to read your mind
✦ Never update your file as you evolve
✦ Blame AI for being generic

The Do's: 
✦ Always use Projects — not blank chats
✦ Always upload your .md file for context
✦ Always turn on "Extended Thinking"
✦ Always turn on "Search" to avoid hallucinations
✦ Always update your .md file every 3-4 months
✦ Always start prompts with "Read [you].md first"
✦ Always document refusals, not just preferences
✦ Always push through the 2-hour interview

Now you know what to do first.

47 mins and a text file to duplicate your brain.

ChatGPT looks like a toy in 2026.

I can't stop using the new Claude 'Cowork':

It reads your files. Directly from your computer. 
No copy-paste. Just upload .md text files.
It sees everything. Then you just... talk to it.

"Read this file. Now write my newsletter on [topic]."

Most people prompt AI like this:
"Write something that sounds like me."

AI has no idea what "like me" means.
So it gives you the average. Then you rewrite again.

Here's what I do instead:

✦ I put myself in a text file. Literally.
✦ My opinions. My writing style. My "do nots."

✦ I drop the file in a folder. Claude reads it first.
✦ Now it writes like me. Thinks like me. Is me.

Here's (exactly) how you can do it too:

1. Open Claude desktop app
2. Go to Cowork tab (top left)
3. Select Opus-4.5 as your model
4. Create a new task

6. Select your folder with your .md file

From now, start every prompt with this:

"Read [your_name].md first. Then [what you need]."

✦ These are the 3 things I didn't expect:

1. 80% of my file is what I'd never write.

Not "I like short sentences."
But "I never use leverage, synergy, or start with In today's fast-paced world."

Taste is boundaries. Not preferences.

2. The file works everywhere.

Same .md file → ChatGPT Projects.
Same .md file → Gemini.
Same .md file → Grok.

I'm just a file now. My brain is portable.

3. My team now thinks like me.

I gave them the file.
Now they don't ask "how would Ruben say this?"
They upload. They prompt. Done.

I duplicated myself without a single meeting.

The uncomfortable truth is you're not unique.

Your "voice" is just patterns you never wrote down.
The moment you write them, they become transferable.

So transfer them. Before someone else does.

You use Claude to write. 

But it now makes slides (directly). Here's how:

1. Go to claude. ai
2. Click on "Connectors" (bottom left).
3. Search 'Gamma'. Click "Connect." 
4. Do the same with Google Drive.
5. Prompt Claude: 

"Make a 10-slide deck about [topic]. Pull relevant data from my Drive."

6. Claude searches your Drive. Finds the right docs. 
7. It also grabs supporting graphics from the web.
8. Answer a few questions: format, tone, length.
9. To edit heavily, click on the Gamma external link.

It builds the full deck in Claude (pre-saved style).

How to make your slides look even better:

☑ Step 1: Don't use Gamma's default templates. 
☑ Step 2: Go to Gamma .app. Create your style. 
☑ Step 3: Save fonts, colors, & logo placement. 
☑ Step 4: Now when you prompt Claude, add: "Use my pre-saved style in Gamma." 

Every deck looks like YOUR brand. 
Not like everyone else's.

That's how AI should work in 2026.

How to use Claude to make slides:

How to prompt Gemini for carousels in 2 mins:

1. Go to YouTube. Find a stupidly viral video.
2. Open Gemini to extract content from the video.
3. Copy paste this prompt:

"Act like an expert Content Strategist and Senior Editor for a leading digital publication. Your goal is to repurpose video content into high-value written pieces that drive engagement.

Analyze the following YouTube video: [YOUTUBE LINK].

Part 1: The Extraction
First, provide a comprehensive breakdown of the video content. Do not just summarize; extract the “meat” of the content using the following structure:
Core Thesis: What is the single most important argument or lesson in one sentence?
Key Data/Facts: List specific numbers, case studies, or hard facts mentioned.
Golden Quotes: Extract 3–5 verbatim quotes that are punchy or profound.
The Framework: If the speaker uses a specific step-by-step process or mental model, outline it clearly.

Part 2: The Angles
Based only on the extraction above, pitch 5 narrow, specific article angles.
Constraint: Avoid generic titles like “Summary of [Video Name].”
Requirement: Each angle must take a specific slice of the content and expand on it.
Format: Provide a catchy headline plus a one-sentence premise for each angle.
Example of a “Narrow Angle”
Bad: How to do Sales.
Good: The “3-Call Close” Technique: Why Most Salespeople Fail in the Follow-up."

4. Copy Gemini's answer.
5. Go to Gamma.app.
6. Click "Create with AI" → "Studio mode."
7. Select "Social" → "10 cards" → "Portrait."
8. Paste Gemini's answer. Select "Minimal text."
9. Hit generate. Your carousel is ready.

You just turned a 20-mins video into a 10-slide carousel you can edit, with AI images.

Do it for the videos you've been "saving for later."

"Visualise the summary of these notes. Create a realistic photograph of a dry-erase whiteboard with a light wooden frame. The content should be presented as a hand-drawn sketchnote using 'graphic recording' style. The layout should be in 9:16 format.

Style & Layout Guidelines:

Medium: Whiteboard surface with dry-erase markers (not paper).
Colors: Use Black for outlines, boxes, and main text. Use Red, Blue, and Green for headers and specific accents.
Structure: Place the title "[TITLE]" at the top in large, open lettering. Organize the notes into five distinct, numbered rectangular boxes arranged in a grid below the title.
Visuals: Include relevant simple line-drawing doodles for each point.
Typography: Text should be distinct, handwritten, all-caps printing, legible and organized.
Environment: Include a used whiteboard eraser and a few colorful EXPO-style markers resting on the bottom wooden ledge of the frame."

How to create (viral) sketch infographics using Gemini:

This is the most underrated way to use Claude:

(and it has nothing to do with writing or coding)

It's competitive intelligence. Using data that's free, public, and updated every single week.

Here's my extract step by step guide:

Step 1. Go to claude .ai.
Step 2. Select the new Claude "Opus 4.6."
Step 3. Turn on "Extended Thinking."
Step 4. Pick a competitor. Go to their careers page.
Step 5. Copy every open job listing into one doc.
(Title. Team name. Location. Full description)
Step 6. Save it as one .txt or .docx file.
Step 7. Search the company at EDGAR (sec .gov)
Step 8. Download its recent 10-K or 10-Q filing.
(Official strategy, risks, and financials - all public.)
Step 9. Upload both files to Claude Opus 4.6.
Step 10. Paste this exact prompt:

"You are a competitive intelligence analyst at a rival company. I've uploaded [Company]'s complete current job listings and their most recent SEC filing.

Perform a strategic intelligence analysis:

→ Cluster these roles by what they suggest is being built. Don't use the team names they've listed. Infer the actual product initiatives from the skills, tools, and responsibilities described.
→ Identify capabilities or teams that appear entirely new — not mentioned anywhere in the SEC filing. These are unreleased bets.
→ Find roles where seniority is disproportionately high for a new team. This signals executive-level priority.
→ Cross-reference the SEC filing's Risk Factors and Strategy sections with hiring patterns. Where are they investing against a stated risk? Where did they flag a risk but have zero hiring to address it?

Format this as a 1-page competitive intelligence briefing for a CMO."

What you'll find:

→ Products that don't exist yet but will in 6 months.
→ Priorities that contradict what the CEO said.
→ Risks they told the SEC but aren't addressing.

This is what consulting firms charge $200K for.
It took me 10 minutes.

I used the new Claude 'Opus 4.6' for a reason:

✦ It read 60 job listing & a 200-page filing together. 
✦ And connects dots across both.
✦ It is superior in thinking and context retrieval.

That's why I didn't use ChatGPT for this.

"Audit this entire model. Check for broken references, circular errors, hardcoded numbers that should be formulas, and logical mistakes."

✦ Rebuilds the whole slide in your style.

Step 3: Open your notes. Hold the Shift key. 
Step 4: Talk for 60 secs about your topic. No filter. 
Step 5: Wispr writes everything. Correct it once if it spells something wrong (it remembers forever).
Step 6: Go to Claude .ai. Copy & paste this prompt:

→ Short and actionable sentences. 
→ Start with a strong opinion or pain point. 
→ No emojis. No jargon. No fluff. 
→ Never use: AI words like delve, tapestry, leverage.
→ Never use 'not only... but also.' 
→ Be confrontational. Take a stance. 
→ End on a high note, not a call to action."

Step 7: Edit hard. AI gives you 70%, your taste gives another 30%. Cut any sentence that sounds like AI. 
Step 8: Post on LinkedIn.

Total time: under 10 minutes.

I type at 40 words per minute. I talk at 143.

Typing makes you sound like everyone else. 
Your voice doesn't.

Claude writers sound like themselves. Here's how:

Step 1. Go to claude .ai.
Step 2. Select the new Claude "Opus 4.6."
Step 3. Turn on "Extended Thinking."

Step 5. Copy-paste these 7 prompts:

Prompt 1. Catch Yourself Being an AI

"Read back what you just wrote. Highlight every word or phrase that a human would never say in a real conversation. Now rewrite the entire thing, replacing each one. If you're not sure whether a phrase sounds human, it doesn't. Here's an example of how I actually talk for reference: [paste a real message or email you've sent recently]."

Prompt 2. My Words Only

"Here's a list of words I never use: [paste your banned words]. The list of words I use all the time: [paste your go-to words & expressions]. Now rewrite: [paste draft]. Use only my vocabulary. If you catch yourself using a word from my banned list, replace it immediately. If a sentence doesn't sound like something I'd say out loud, rewrite it."

Prompt 3. Messy on Purpose

"Write about [topic] like I'm thinking out loud. Incomplete thoughts are fine. Starting a sentence with 'And' or 'But' is fine. Grammar shortcuts are fine. I want this to sound like a voice memo I recorded while walking, not a presentation I rehearsed. Here's my raw take on the topic: [your thoughts]."

Prompt 4. Copy My Tone

"Here are 3 things I wrote that I'm proud of: [paste 3 posts]. Study them. Don't copy a single word. Instead, match my patterns. How long are my sentences? Where do I use line breaks? How do I open? How do I close? Do I use questions? Now write about [topic] using my style, not my words."

Prompt 5. Pick a Fight

"This draft is too safe: [draft]. Rewrite the first two lines with a strong opinion. Pick a side. Name what most people get wrong about [topic]. If this doesn't make at least 20% of readers disagree, push harder. I'd rather lose some people than bore everyone."

Prompt 6. Kill the Generic

"Go through this draft line by line: [draft]. Delete every sentence that could apply to any topic. Test each sentence: if it works for both [your topic] & 'how to cook pasta,' it's too generic & it has to go. Replace what you cut with something only I could say about this topic. Here's extra context about my experience with this: [background]."

Prompt 7. Argue the Opposite

"What's the most repeated advice about [topic]? Write a post arguing the opposite using my voice. Here's my experience that proves the common advice wrong: [paste your real example or story]. Lead with what everyone gets wrong. Then explain what I learned instead. Don't say 'it depends.' Commit to the take."

1. ONE question at a time. Wait for my response before moving on.
2. Push back on vague answers. If I say “I like to keep things simple,” ask “Simple how? Give me an example of simple done right & simple done lazy.”
3. Ask for specific examples. “Show me a sentence you’ve written that captures this.”
4. Call out contradictions. If I said one thing earlier & something different now, point it out.
5. Go deeper on interesting threads. If something unusual emerges.
6. Don’t accept “I don’t know” easily. Try reframing the question from another angle.
