In the past 3 years of running TD Media I had the main focus of building sales & advertising systems for over 40+ international clients from United Kingdom, Romania, United Arab Emirates & Estonia. We worked with ecommerce stores & local business (6 & 7 figures) and helped them scale through Meta and Google Ads. In total I have personally Managed € 3.4M+ in Ad Spend,  designed & developed 15 Websites, 90 Landing Pages & Funnels, 2000+ Ad creatives delivered, and 500+ Ad campaigns launched. I raised a team of 5 people, both full time employees & collaborators. After working with multiple niches and experimenting different tactis, diving into multiple markets, I took the decision of niching down to dental & medical clinics. Therefore, launchclinics.com emerged, and my business scaled. Launch Clinics is a brand owned by TD Media that helps dental & medical clinics adding an extra 30-55+ Qualified Appointments with their dream patients every single month. By helping them increase their revenue by 15-25% in just 90 days we usually adding an extra 5 - 10k/month.

My time at ALDA was memorable. Here it was the first time I entered the door of a marketing department full of dutch people. Learning how to adapt and immerse myself into a new culture, but also new industry I have never explored was a real challenge. I had the opportunity to attend one of the biggest festivals in the Netherlands like AMF (Amsterdam Music Festival), ADATP (A day at the park), ASOT ( A state of trance), Secret Project, etc. Here I was able to manage influencer marketing campaigns, create paid advertising campaigns. I had the chance to learn more about events management. As a digital marketing coordinator I went technical and I proudl configured online tracking for almost all music festival brand that ALDA owned (10+ websites). I was also helping the content team with social media management for 8 events' accounts. The best experience I had it was during festivals, because I was part of the media team and I was able to go on the stage and shoot the artists live, seeing the big crowds cheering and the ravers enojying the music, sensational experience.

VZBL was my second start-up that I started in 2021. It was created in the Minor Programme: Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Amsterdam. After a co-founders speed dating session I met my good friend Markus & Adnan. Together we created VZBL, a web design & web development agency opened and registered in Amsterdam. This was the period where I learned and acquired the most skills I currently use in the present. It was a trial and error period, face tough situations, struggled to get clients, and of course passing our entrepreneurship courses within the University. I think it was also a fun experience, we had couple of clients, but at the end we decided to go on separate paths.

During my eight-month contract in Marketing & Communication at The Authority for the Digitisation of Romania (ADR) - Governmental Institution in Romania, I deepened my knowledge in marketing and communication at the level of public institutions. It was my very first interaction with big technological projects like governmental platforms for paying taxes, e-wallets, etc. This experience allowed me to get a deep understanding of how digital infrastructures for the masses are created, and how to communicate them to the public.

As an acting coach, I had the incredible opportunity to teach and train teenagers to perform on a theatre stage for the first time. This amazing process of 3 months of preparation, rehearsals, hard work, joy and deep learning concluded with an amazing show hosted at a well-known theatre in Bucharest. This experienced helped to acquire very important skills such as: public speaking, teamwork, leadership, active listening, and patience.

As a junior actor at Victory of Art, I have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my time in this role, I have learned a great deal about myself, the art of acting, and the importance of collaboration.

One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is the importance of vulnerability. Acting requires a willingness to be open and vulnerable, to tap into your emotions and channel them into your performance. This can be challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. Through this process, I have learned to be more in touch with my own emotions and to be more empathetic toward others.

Another important lesson I have learned is the power of collaboration. Acting is not a solo endeavor - it requires a team effort. Working with other actors, directors, and crew members has taught me the importance of communication, flexibility, and trust. By learning to listen to others and work together towards a common goal, we have created some truly amazing performances.

Finally, my time at Victory of Art has taught me the value of hard work and dedication. Acting requires a lot of practice and preparation, and it is only through hard work and dedication that we are able to improve our craft. Through the guidance of our directors and the support of our fellow actors, I have pushed myself to new heights and achieved things I never thought possible.

Overall, my experience as an actor at Victory of Art has been transformative. I have grown both as an actor and as a person, and I am grateful for the opportunities that this role has provided me.

I'm Tudor, living in Amsterdam for a while now and originally from Bucharest, Romania. 

My journey began with a vibrant acting career during high school, which lasted for 4 incredible years. 

This experience wasn’t just about the stage; it was my first deep dive into understanding human emotions and team dynamics, which later became the foundation of my business acumen.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a dream of becoming the best advertiser the world has ever seen when I didnt even know what advertising entails 😂 I moved to the Netherlands and enrolled in the University of Amsterdam. I graduated with a bachelor’s in Media & Information— Nr #1 Ranked media studies program in the world for eight consecutive years. Don’t just take my word for it; feel free to Google it! During my second year at the university, I immersed myself in countless online courses in digital marketing. This self-driven education sparked the idea to start my own venture. But that’s not all. From an actor to a marketer, my path has been anything but conventional.
