Enterprises are treating AI like Ozempic – suppress the symptom and call it solved.

Headcount too high? AI agents.
Decisions too slow? AI summaries.
Strategy too fuzzy? AI dashboards.

None of this addresses why your org got bloated or slow in the first place.

One pilot we ran: exec team thought they had an “execution problem.” Simulation showed the real issue was misaligned incentives between two business units.
