During my bachelor's degree, I co-founded BeDiff, a startup with a mission to empower students by establishing long-lasting habits through the innovative application of James Clear's cue-trigger-reward loop methodology. 
In this leadership role within a six-member founding team, we set out to create a transformative service tailored to the needs of students striving for personal growth. Our accomplishments included:

Designing and facilitating over 50 personalized sessions, directly engaging with students to guide them in setting and achieving impactful habit goals.

Spearheading a comprehensive follow-up strategy, overseeing the execution of more than 100 reminder calls daily to ensure the effectiveness of habit formation.

This venture not only honed my entrepreneurial skills but also deepened my understanding of team management, strategic planning, and the profound impact of habit formation on personal development.
