Promoted to the role of Assistant Manager and moved over to the Central Growth team in Paytm Payments Bank Ltd. I have been handling the analytics charter from a central lens for: UPI ,UPI Lite , Rupay Credit Cards , Mobile Mapper , and much more. Below are some of the key achievements/responsibilities:
•Establishing a Unified Source of Truth: Collaborated with cross-functional teams and the CEO's office to address the challenge of inconsistent growth metrics tracking. Implemented a centralized data solution, ensuring a single source of truth for monitoring day-to-day growth metrics, resulting in improved decision-making and streamlined reporting processes.
•Rupay Credit Card Adoption: Spearheaded efforts to increase Rupay Credit Card adoption from zero to 0.6 million users within a span of 6 months. Leveraged data-driven strategies to identify target segments, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive successful adoption, significantly contributing to revenue growth.
•User Engagement and Retention: Collaborated with the data science team to build micro-cohorts targeting inactive or less active users within the Paytm app. Leveraged data insights to design and implement engagement strategies that reactivated users, resulting in increased user retention rates.
•Mobile Mapper as a Growth Lever: Conducted extensive analysis to evaluate the long-term and short-term growth prospects of the Mobile Mapper feature. Generated actionable recommendations for product-led growth initiatives, leveraging Mapper to drive transaction growth and enhance the user experience.
•Team Leadership and Mentoring: Successfully mentored a team of 3 junior analysts, providing guidance, training, and support in data analysis techniques and project management. Fostered a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.

Joined Paytm's UPI Growth team as a Junior Growth Manager and worked on problem
statements around new user Acquisition, improving user engagement,retention and
reducing churn. Here's the snip of work that I have contributed to:
•Established the framework for A/B Testing to facilitate experiments around increasing
the number of P2P (Peer-to-Peer) UPI Transactions.
•Ideated, tested and ran multiple A/B experiments to understand user behavior around
the drivers of UPI transactions.
•Established New KPIs to track → Reduced the burn by 90%amidstmaintaining engagement
rate at 90%.
•Enabled transparency by building dashboards to daily metrics.
•Automated MIS reports that provide directly visibility to the senior leadership.
•Identified new customer segments for experimentation to improve the Reach,
Engagement, Retention of UPI transactions.

1. Built a dashboard for the CMO, that highlights the KPIs, gives out a MoM and YoY comparison of the current day, and provides a deep dive into the effectiveness of different marketing channel. This has acted as invariably the stand-out source for all the marketers, marketing leadership to monitor and track progress of the marketing channels like Email, Paid Ads, PPC, Referral and Organic, and provides the details across all the Funnels
2. Designed and built marketing attributions,  dashboards that pulls data from different sources and gives a further deeper dive into segments, channels, campaigns

1. Part of Commercial Banking (Wholesale Banking) internal KYC product. Wholesale accounts include only customers wit a revenue more than $5 Million
2. Designed an internal tool that will automate resolving blockers and ease the process for internal teams to quicken the KYC process
3. Monitored dashboards that showcase the KPIs for different line-of-business to the stakeholders. This enabled the stakeholders to gather the details of prospects reaching the deadline of 24 Days of onboarding
4. Resolved at-least 8 user issues a day that were blockers for completing the KYC, by analyzing the technical errors and providing a work-around
5. Identified key bugs and code fixes for blockers, and coordinated the fixes with respective teams to bring down the number of existing issues by more than 50%
