As workaholics, we quickly developed our client portfolio.

Although I was in an apprenticeship program, I am still grateful to this day for my former managers who considered me as a senior salesperson who was joining their team. I was always in competition with them and very often ahead. The one who was difficult for me to surpass was my CEO Flavien.

- Prepare executive reports, manage budget and portfolio status throughout projects life cycle, and proactively identify potential issues and recommend corrective action.
- Serve as project manager from the planning to close-out stages for an approximate $350M budget (15-20 projects) portfolio including preparation and submission of documentation such as payments, funding requests, bids review, vendor approvals, contract registrations, change orders, constructability reviews, project schedules, and close-out documents.
- Manage and implement the internal E-builder software deployment on all construction projects: new features prioritization, bugs investigation, workflow redaction. 


Construction Management on site (2018-2019): 
Roofing and railing renovation project on 20 buildings for NYCHA in New York City - Manhattan.
3 projects under portfolio - 40M$ Budget for 1.5 year duration. 

Pre-Construction :
- Review GC's bid to meet client requirements, contract documents and specification book.
- Track and review Submittals (Site Safety Plan/Program, Permits, SOV, Schedule, Drawings...).

Construction : 
- Track RFIs, Change Orders, Submittal Log, Permits log, daily report, review requisitions, review detail and specifications.
