Well launched with already more than 100 clients, and a turnover that doubles every year, I finish my studies and decide to continue my adventure at WellPack. I become a sales manager with a team of 5 customer success, 3 sales development representatives, and 3 sales.

I learned a lot alongside Blaise:

As a high achiever, I had the opportunity during my apprenticeship to start managing a team of 2 to 4 people to ensure customer loyalty and deliver their campaigns.

This allowed me to continue prospecting and signing on even more prestigious clients, and I also began to participate in business trips such as The BigBoss to meet with C-Levels

As workaholics, we quickly developed our client portfolio.

Although I was in an apprenticeship program, I am still grateful to this day for my former managers who considered me as a senior salesperson who was joining their team. I was always in competition with them and very often ahead. The one who was difficult for me to surpass was my CEO Flavien.

I learned a lot, we were literally hungry for success, we moved mountains and went from accounts of several thousand euros to several tens of thousands of euros, and then to hundreds of thousands a few years later
