Created in 2022, Voltekko design and create a 12 data centers network in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy, representing around 200 MW IT power. Voltekko propose hyper connected data centers from 6 to 80 MW facilities, all AI and liquid cooling ready.

• Brand awareness and lead generation strategy to 500 large Ideal Customer Profiles including large accounts, cloud providers, telecom providers,  IS, GAFAM, AI and HPC targets
• Recruitment and motivation of a 4 talented sales and marketing specialists team, all collaborating on new CRM : Hubspot
• Services offers, pricing and legal contracts definition
• Business events and customer intimacy

Telehouse France

Telehouse France, a part of Telehouse International, is an hyperconnected DataCenter leader (45 DC's in the world), representing in France 5 DCs generating 128 M€ revenue in 2023 driven by 100 talented people

As sales and marketing director, my roles are : 

• Direct report to country and region managers
• Strategic selling to telco, media, IS and large accounts, including GAFAM
• Sales strategy for quick revenue growth (128 M€  in 2023), driven by an enthusiastic 9 people sales & marketing team, all collaborating on Sales Force CRM
• Direct marketing strategy to improve customer intimacy, brand awarness and ABM lead generation, generating 2 M€ new MRC / year
• HPC new offer launch

TRSB

TRSb & Digiwin, an IS and digital company, provides strategies, solutions, managed services and people to help medium and large accounts in digital transformation for business improvement. It includes innovation and strategy consulting around infrastructures and digital, software development, managed services et user experience. Driven by 700 talented people located in 12 agencies in France and Portugal, TRSb group represents around 50 M€ revenue in 2020

•	Board member
•	P&L management  and business strategy to SBF 120 targets
•	Sales success (+22 % from 2018 to 2020), representing 38 M€ (2021) revenue on direct & channels markets, driven by a successful sales team (20 people) and 380 employees, located in 7 agencies and 4 service centers, all collaborating on new ERP solution (Boond Manager)
•	Recruitment plan for 150 new employees per year, in a close and daily relationship with HR team
•	Business partnerships management to channel and solutions providers around cloud, BI and digital solutions for new offers design

Econocom Business Continuity (EBC) provides a large range of DC and infrastructure services, from pro-active support, cloud services to IT consulting & modernization, making digital transformation happen from the ground to the cloud. As sales director, my roles are :
•	Direct report to SVP services and services sales director
•	Business strategy to large and medium accounts (from 10 M€ to 5 B€ revenue)
•	Sales success (24 % growth in 2017, 22 % in 2018, representing 85 M€ for 2018 FYI) on direct & channels markets driven by a motivated 18 people sales team, all collaborating on MS Dynamics CRM
•	Business partnerships management to Solutions providers, Telco, SI, Cloud and hosting providers

JV's network development for DC network foundation

Sales team building and management, supporting 10 MEuros annual revenue in 2016 and 50 % of annual growth

Interoute is an international IT company, representing 500 MEuros revenue in 2014 and offering infrastructure, communication, computing and managed services to large accounts. The company's combined network assets represent one of the largest and most advanced voice and data networks in the World with 12 ISO 27001/PCI DSS certified datacenters. Since 2009, I supported the transformation of the region from an infrastructure provider to an ICT business Partner, cloud based.

•	Strategic selling to large and medium accounts (from 50 M€ to 2 B€ revenue)
•	Sales increasing over 20 %/year from 2009, 26 M€ revenue in 2014 to direct, channel and on line markets, driven by an enthusiastic 12 people sales team, all collaborating on Sales Force CRM
•	Business partnerships management with top 20 digital agencies, top 50 IS companies and solution providers (E Business CMS, Database, open source and cloud solutions)
