- Ensuring smooth onboarding and high level of customer experience;

My role at NIX involves establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This includes discussing project requirements in the early stages, preparing technical documentation for developers, creating commercial proposals for clients, and negotiating collaboration terms to ensure projects are ready to start. I also analyze and explore new markets to increase NIX's presence there.
