In my role as a Team Leader I did my best to perform my KPIs and lead my team to achieve our common goals. 

Some of our achievements were: 

- established 13 volunteering projects and oversaw 25 foreign volunteers over 
the project's realization;
- won The Best Team Leader Award of the Local Committee for the highest 
performance and maintaining a successful team of 6 members;
- managed to build long-term international relationships with over 20 foreign 
committees for joint implementation of customer experience.
