New Product Launch
▪ Development of a new subscription-based platform for small business lending that will generate over $500k in revenues in Y1.
▪ The product enables banks to benchmark their business performance measures such as margins, market share, risk exposure, marketing efforts, operational capacity per geography, pricing and other metrics against peers that are participating members of the platform. Platform and data access are only available to clients that provide their own data on a weekly basis.
▪ Work with sales to recruit lenders to be participating members in the platform’s population.
▪ Receive and audit initial data samples provided by participating banks. Set participants on a weekly data delivery schedule, lead weekly calls to improve and correct data mapping according to the data specifications and product requirements to stay on track with launch timeline.
▪ Halfway through the project, using minimum viable product approach, reevaluated and created new prioritized data requirements based on data availability and system constraints of each individual bank supplying the data.
▪ Work with technology team to establish in-house data loading processes and platform development.
Data Quality Initiative
▪ Analyzed consumer lending historical data for clients and built solutions in Tableau to identify data inefficiencies and errors.
▪ Performed in-depth data audits to finds data discrepancies and collaborated with technology team and clients to clean and correct them.
Consumer Lending Market Analytics
▪ Led and prepared business annual reviews for 15 assigned clients with aim to turn provided insights into action. Evaluated home equity, auto, unsecured consumer, and credit cards. Analyzed data using applications including Tableau, SQL.
▪ Performed product demos to boost platform utilization. Tracked login and usage metrics. 
▪ Worked closely with client success team to increase engagement, conversion and cross-selling opportunities.

Financial Lending Data Analysis - Product Team

▪ Managed day-to-day operations on the Loan Desk, generating approximately $10mm in annual revenue. Oversaw delivery of products and services, provided short term liquidity, handled overnight and intraday loans. Operated in a fast paced, demanding environment that requires on-the-spot decision making, excellent judgment, and strong inter-personal skills to deliver the best customer service.
▪ Received credit approval authority and could approve loans up to $1bn, overdrafts up to $2bn.
▪ Trained analysts for 6 months to obtain credit approval authority to become credit officers.
▪ Client-facing role, responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing business relationships. Added 4 new accounts by negotiating borrowing rates and terms.
▪ Participated in negotiations of legal documentation. Involved in transactions from inception to close. Set interest rates for loan pricing, evaluated securities pledged as collateral, analyzed liquidity, margin needs and exposure appetites for a mixture of lending deals.
▪ Managed and oversaw assigned portfolio of clients, which primarily consisted of banks and broker dealers. Performed annual reviews, established limits, provided written credit analysis of complex deals and transactions, which required knowledge of broker-dealer, hedge fund, REIT and alternative fund business models, as well as securities clearance, settlement processes, tri-party activity, repurchase agreements and securities lending transactions. Presented findings to the C-level executives.

•	Prepared discounted cash flow forecasts, pro forma scenarios, stress testing for business entities under assessment. Analyzed EBITDA, balance sheet structure, expected returns, cash conversion cycle, leverage and determined repayment sources.
•	Assigned risk ratings and made recommendations that appropriately balanced client needs with bank policies.
•	Analyzed field exams and appraisals to conclude quality and acceptability of real estate or equipment as collateral.

•	Assisted in managing $48.4bn Global Commercial Middle Market portfolio covering 31 countries, to optimize growth, mitigate losses, and manage risks.
•	Successfully developed and launched a Scorecard model for credit authority evaluation of 1000+ Credit Officers in 31 countries worldwide. Established qualitative and quantitative metrics for the evaluation based on performance of the loans and its delinquencies. Supervised semi-annual submissions and proceeded with an action plan for overall optimization.
•	Created Post Loan Review Template used to capture and assess quality of loan performance after loan issuance. 
•	Participated in bank-wide project to identify highly leveraged borrowers with leverage above 6x and debt service coverage ratio below 1.2x to assess portfolio exposure and capital requirement.
•	Reviewed bank’s lending policies and established guidance to improve business processes.
