My position at Georgia Banking Company Correspondent Equity products division is to seek out reputable mortgage companies and depositories across the U.S. that want to control the HELOC and Closed End Second transaction from the beginning to the end of the transaction.  We know that you as the lender retaining control during the loan process is critical for your sales people to attract, retain and solidify their valuable referral sources during the loan process.  Purchases have to close on time.  We get it!

We teach and train your company along the way to understand how to underwrite, close, fund and deliver a closed equity transaction to us safely and without fear of post closing.  We encourage verbal communication and we welcome scenarios. That's how we create long term partners in our business.  

We work closely beside our warehouse lines division (GBC Funding) to have an outlet to fund these transactions.  

We offer 95% CLTVs on both HELOCS and Closed end Seconds.  We also offer stand alones.
