His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish his own Chartered Accountancy and Business Consultancy practice, which rapidly grew to serve hundreds of clients across five offices. This venture demonstrated Peter's knack for not only managing finances but also for helping businesses navigate complex challenges successfully.

Peter's entrepreneurial journey took a significant turn when he sold his thriving practice to a publicly traded company. His acumen was further recognized when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of this enterprise, where he played a crucial role in shaping its financial strategies and operations in Chicago.

Always attuned to market needs, Peter Nathan identified an opportunity in the realm of payroll management. This vision led to the founding of "Comacc: The Payroll People." Under his leadership, the company developed a cutting-edge Windows-based payroll system, giving them a significant five-year advantage in the market.
