I spearheaded full-stack development for the Getty Images contributor portal, serving an extensive user base of over 1 million. Our project began by entirely revamping the frontend. Crucially, we maintained robust test coverage through a rigorous Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach.

On the backend, we crafted a versatile infrastructure. My substantial contributions encompassed the creation of both frontend and backend features. These included building functionalities for seamless contributor onboarding, facilitating image and video uploads, and orchestrating asset submissions. The latter involved navigating intricate metadata processes within our internal workflows.

In summary, my role in this project was pivotal in elevating the Getty Images contributor portal to new heights, utilizing leading-edge technologies and intricate backend systems to enhance user experiences and streamline asset management processes.

Full-stack development initiatives for mission-critical Intranet systems central to the daily functions of the world's largest independent life sciences commercialization partner. These projects encompassed the development of advanced Kanban and project management tools, as well as the seamless integration of the Intranet system into Slack, fostering more efficient communication and workflow coordination.

In addition to these key projects, I played a pivotal role in optimizing applicant tracking processes and enhancing the efficiency of new hire onboarding. These initiatives streamlined critical HR functions, ensuring a smoother recruitment and integration experience

PercyVites is a product of Percy3D, a video personalization company founded in 2010 and based in Toronto, Canada.

Technical stack includes:

• AngularJS for the library that clients would use to seamlessly integrate our order flow

With all my past experiences, I was working very closely with our Head of Product. So, when a position as Product Manager opened, I jumped at the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Identified customer needs and current user experience challenges through a combination of user research, experiments, qualitative feedback, and data analytics (using Amplitude, Qualtrics, Userpilot).
- Collaborated closely with executives and engineering leads in quarterly roadmapping to define themes and goals, which in turn informed the prioritization of key user problems and their respective solutions, whilst balancing the need to manage our existing backlog.
- Prioritized the identified problems and translated these into actionable  and thoughtful product requirements and wireframes that our engineering team could execute on to solve customers’ real needs, decreasing development time by 3%.
- Led full feature development (from ideation to execution) for 10+ features before eventually managing 2 product verticals with 2 engineering teams, including a Zoom integration which required collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Launched and maintained the addition of an online adoption software to support self-guided customer onboarding decreasing time to the aha moment by 60%.
- Managed a project with a small team and external stakeholders, to explore a potential additional revenue stream for the company, resulting in over $3000 generated revenue.

Product Manager

As our company grew, I shifted into a more focused role, concentrated on building and growing a community.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Launched and grew an online community for event organizers from 0 to over 1500 members within a year.
- Strengthened existing and built new customer relationships with event organizers spanning multiple industries to better understand their customer journey, needs, goals, and challenges.
- Fostered an engagement-driven space that encouraged peer-to-peer support achieving an 80% member retention rate and decreasing the number of support tickets and chats.
- Organised and hosted over 30 community-wide events with an average 75% attendance rate, all aimed at showing the value of our product and expanding the imagined use cases.
- Actively participated in product development for a new complementary product line, including  market research, road mapping, and writing user stories to reduce development time by 12%.
- Built and later managed the Remo Marketplace, an online two-sided marketplace to connect virtual event service providers with event organizers to streamline existing processes by reducing resolution time from approx. 3 days to 1 day.

Remo is a B2B2C technology startup humanizing online events and experiences through authentic interactions. Built with a focus on a great user experience for both event organizers and attendees, Remo encourages peer-to-peer engagement in a fun, dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Served as a product expert across multiple teams and stakeholders, providing strategic consultations, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
- Created and managed our online support center with over 200 articles and 600K views, reducing the number of product questions to chat support by 15%.
- Conducted 30+ customer interviews to identify customer challenges and worthwhile product gaps to fix, which I then collaborated with the Product team to find solutions for.
- Ran product demonstrations for 30+ new leads each week, as well as coached and mentored 2 SDRs to host and run their own product demonstrations.
- “Unpacked” the customer experience to analyze and identify and communicate with our Product team the root causes of poor UX, ultimately increasing NPS by 18%.
- Produced external support content (product updates, onboarding guides, video demonstrations) to aid our customer-facing teams and decrease chat and ticket resolution times by 9%.

•	Set up a working customer tracking sheet to help the company keep a record of all customers they could reach out too, each customer’s information and their interests
•	Responsible for establishing and managing their customer relationships, as well as responding promptly to enquiries, and/or complaints.
•	Assisted as a Business Development Officer for some time, where I was tasked with client reach out and promotion of their mobile application to students.
•	Developed sales and customer service skills, as well as organization and planning capabilities.

•	Organized a live sharing event for the company on remote working, including organizing the logistics of the event, all the organic and paid promotion and recruiting speakers and sponsors for the event.
•	Initiated and managed the promotions on twitter advertisements, linkedin groups, facebook groups and event listing websites. This included learning how to create effective promotion using the aforementioned platforms, creating the copy for each platform, finding the appropriate websites/ groups to post in and determining an appropriate targeting strategy for campaigns.  
•	Composed and sent out cold emails to prospective clients to invite them for a trial of the new product.
•	Developed a keen interest in digital and direct marketing whilst learning how to manage several projects at once.
•	Strengthened my communication, organization and creativity skills, as well as increasing my self-confidence.

Growth Hacking Intern

I have always loved solving problems - whether it’s the classic Sudoku puzzle in the newspaper or a frustrating new user signup flow. I thrive on aligning thoughtful UI/UX and engineering with business objectives and strategy to solve core customer challenges.

Working in Product at a remote startup has meant 2+ years of ruthless prioritization, aligning multiple stakeholders, and saying no a lot (with valid reasoning, of course). It's also meant gaining a strong appreciation for balancing a customer-centric mindset with strategic business needs/direction.

After an organizational restructure, I was promoted to sole Product Manager on our team quickly tasked with managing the full product lifecycle - from ideation, development, and launch, through to evaluation, and repeat! All of which has allowed me to refine my strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.

I am passionate and experienced in a variety of tasks and industries: product-led growth, conducting user interviews, translating user needs into actionable requirements, crafting user stories, wireframing/prototyping, UI/UX, user onboarding, product launch, marketplaces, product demos, roadmapping, product strategy, quantitative & qualitative analysis, advocating for customers, marketing, customer success, community management, education, startups.

I’m also a huge believer in work hard, play hard. So, outside of work you can typically find me:
- Playing games (huge board game geek 🤓)
- Fixated on a new tv or movie (always open to a good recommendation 📺)
- Exploring a new neighbourhood… (ok I mean a new coffee shop with a caramel latte ☕️)
