In this role I work at board level to develop mutually beneficial commercial relationships; assist in making strategic decisions about the future of the organisation and its role in the Justice landscape of Victoria and anticipate, as a member of the finance, administration and risk management committee. In my role as Director I have assisted in the formation and structure of a not for profit organisation that provides multiple platforms for art expression that target remedial outcomes for traumatised children.

Responsibilities included the development of the strategic business plan; developing the marketing and IT plans of the organisation; providing guidance and playing the role of “devils advocate” to key decisions at a board level.  I was also responsible for ensuring proper governance and risk management was applied to key decision making, assisted with fund raising activities at various functions and brokered mutually beneficial B2B relationships.

In this role I Implemented ERP systems into FMCG businesses to improve efficiencies and processes and consulted in the development of bespoke modules for the improvement of warehouse management and distribution systems.  I also integrated applications and removed legacy systems to improve business processes.
