For 18 years, I’ve worked with and for multinational companies - as a recruiter, a manager, an executive coach and career coach in Dubai. Through this work, I learned why some people succeed while others struggle in the corporate world.

I’ve personally faced and overcome company restructures, job loss and working in a toxic culture. I learned how to navigate the job market and successfully change careers. 

In the last decade, I’ve built a solid personal brand, became a LinkedIn Top Voice and an award-winning career coach – leading successful executive coaching and career coaching programmes for some of the biggest companies in the world.
