For 18 years, I’ve worked with and for multinational companies - as a recruiter, a manager, an executive coach and career coach in Dubai. Through this work, I learned why some people succeed while others struggle in the corporate world.

I’ve personally faced and overcome company restructures, job loss and working in a toxic culture. I learned how to navigate the job market and successfully change careers.

Zimmaron was one of the originating founders of this educational non-profit foundation. 

As a volunteer he provided business and marketing consulting services and was the lead business and technology strategist to help guide and manage the Foundation's global expansion. 

Over the years Zimmaron and his team produced numerous events, pilgrimages, tours, and live broadcast events. He also managed business operations in some of its centers around the world along with product development, publishing and distribution, and fundraising initiatives.

•   Produced a live millennium benefit event "Joy To The World," in Christchurch, New Zealand. A 3 hour theatrical production that featured musicians and performers from all over the world in support of underprivileged children and families in need.
•   Produced numerous commercials and promotional videos for dentists and sleep centers, health food companies, and non-profit organizations.
•   Wrote, directed, and produced advertorials, documentaries, corporate videos, and multimedia vignettes.
•   Produced and marketed numerous online events, workshops, and webinars.

Rapid Crush, Inc.

Worked with Internet Marketing legend's Jason Fladlien and Wilson Mattos to design and develop SAAS solutions to small business consultants and marketing consulting agencies. The solutions I worked on helped them scale their business from zero to multiple 7 figures in less than 2 years.
