As the Chief Positivity Officer (CPO) at Kudos International, I have been leading and empowering a global team of positive people who share the vision of making humanity better.

With over five (5) years experience of facilitating and hosting online and offline events, workshops, and audio rooms that promote Positivity, love, kindness, compassion, empathy, integrity, and humanity as the core values of human existence.

I'm building a community that connect positive people with Positive people globally with the power of shared positivity and Positive collaborations.

With over five years of experience in accounting, marketing, and leadership, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for positive collaboration. I believe that teamwork makes the dream work, and that integrity is key to longevity in relevance. 

My mission is to spread and share positivity to every corner of the earth, one person at a time, and to create a support system and a community of positive people who can inspire and uplift each other. Over the years, I have partnered closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand not just what roles need to be filled, but why they exist and what success truly looks like for each position. This approach has helped me hire talent that aligns with both organizational goals and cultural intent.

My hiring philosophy is deeply influenced by psychology and human behavior. As an NLP Practitioner, Author, and Career Coach, I bring a structured yet empathetic lens to evaluating potential—looking beyond resumes to assess intent, adaptability, and growth mindset.

I have led end-to-end recruitment cycles including workforce planning, campus engagement, stakeholder alignment, interview frameworks, offer management, and onboarding support. I am comfortable working across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring hiring decisions remain practical, timely, and people-centric.
