At LLC "STANKOBOX", my core responsibility is managing various day-to-day operations, including approving purchase orders, confirming delivery of goods, and identifying/negotiating with reliable suppliers.
One of my key tasks is to establish and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors.
I am involved in reviewing existing contracts to ensure continued viability of current supplier. 
I leverage leadership expertise in leading and supervising sales and purchasing staff as well as assigning responsibilities to other departments when required.
Furthermore, I collaborate closely with the company's legal team to secure optimal contract terms and conditions.

My notable outcomes for this role include:
	•	Acquired lower costs for products by negotiating favourable agreements with suppliers.
 • Enhanced purchased products quality and improved timeliness of deliveries by conducting comprehensive analysis of current spending practises.

During my time at LLC "INSTRUMENT PTK", I administered full spectrum of operations associated with logistics, warehouse, transportation.
It was me, who delivered optimum services in management, optimisation, and co-ordination of complete order lifecycle.
I was entrusted to co-ordinate with external and internal departments, manufacturers, and suppliers.

My accomplishments within this role are following:
	•	Built and fostered long-term relationships with suppliers and maintained detailed record of approved suppliers.
 • Identified potential new vendors and examined competing offers in terms of price and features, resulting in achieving reduced costs for products.

Procurement & Logistics Manager

As a part of this job role, I negotiated and signed contracts with customers-manufacturers specialising in metal working equipment.
I was responsible for developing rapport with key members of client's staff.
My notable duty was determining innovative approaches to customer retention and acquisition by analysing market competitors.
Moreover, I co-ordinated cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer needs.


My achievements are as follows:
	•	Facilitated and ensured fulfilment of corporate and client obligations under contracts.
 • Served as a key point of contact and addressing/resolving customers complaints and concerns, resulting in achieving higher customer satisfaction.

I maintained complete oversight of three client offices and one production unit.

My life journey started in Tajikistan, one of the former republics of the Soviet Union. We lived in a large multinational country, until one day everything changed. After the collapse of the USSR, a civil war began in our republic, and none of our friends remained at all. 

In a moment of almost complete despair, I was saved by the opportunity to get an education in another country. So, I graduated from a Turkish university and made many good friends in this country. 

Then I returned to my homeland in the hope of starting a family and building a career. I have been fortunate to work with people who have contributed to my personal development and growth. My parents believed that it was possible to work in one place all my life, but they failed to convince me of this. 

One of the incentives for moving to St. Petersburg was the discord in the family, which I tried to maintain for almost 10 years. I had been influenced by my environment for a very long time. Everything changed when I decided to say YES to myself. This decision was the most influential one in my life. My worldview completely changed when I stopped being afraid of judgment or obsessing over getting someone to like me. This path to rediscovering myself took me over two decades. 

Probably, everything would have happened much faster if I had friends who really supported me. Despite the difference in views between my parents and myself, I am very grateful to them for their support. I have brought up my children by sharing with them my challenges, doubts and joys, I often reach out to them for a second opinion. 
I try not to limit my children, giving them the opportunity to decide and test the waters.
 
I finally became a YES person.

Now, I am a passionate and driven connector with high level business skills. I facilitate fusion of overseas businesses with reputable Russian counterparts to create mutually beneficial economic ties that contribute to the betterment of the commerce.
