We launched Antavo as a SaaS in martech, targeting small businesses with a great solution for running contests and sweepstakes. Since the very beginning, I had the responsibility of promoting our solutions, establishing and developing a comprehensive marketing system for lead generation, engagement, and customer development. At peak Antavo was used by 30.000 marketers globally.

I am Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Antavo. It's loyalty cloud, that helps global brands like KFC, BMW, and Kathmandu to run next-gen loyalty programs.

I am a former journalist who won the European Young Journalist Award from the European Commission, and a recognized female founder in tech by Forbes. 

We are an amazing team of 100 people working remotely all over the world. I love working from home, with my husband who is my co-founder, and also I quite enjoy business travel these days. I am a mother of 3 daughters. And I restarted ballet as an adult! It's great fun.

•	Managed all marketing activity inclusive of promotions and trade on site including managing external agency (Carat) plus six internal direct reports across email, merchandising, social and direct mail. 
•	Held complete accountability for traffic to site covering the UK, Ireland and gnc.co.uk.
•	Built relationships with Carat on all digital channels and oversaw team of five to manage email and digital marketing. 
•	Worked closely with heads of category to align retail activity with online and move business focus to think online first.
•	Managed budget of £3.5m to drive £37m in sales.
•	Achieved YOY growth of 27% and grew online contribution from 6% to 8% of total sales.
•	Implemented improvements in email response rates through overhaul of e-CRM strategy and application of targeting and personalisation.

NBTY Europe (Holland & Barrett International)

•	Developed and implemented all customer touch points for the loyalty programme inclusive of email campaigns, web and APP content, in store signage and quarterly direct mail campaigns.
•	Established initial segmentations (RFV, needs based, behavioural) and contact strategy for implementation in year two of the loyalty programme. Worked closely with US brands, sharing insight and approach.
•	Received 100% performance bonus in 2010, 2011 and 2012 for achievement against targets and for loyalty project delivery.
•	Managed £1m market and customer research budget, which included quarterly brand tracking, store and online exit interviews and the set-up of an online community panel.
•	Oversaw a team of four and led a cross-functional team (UK and US based) to agree functionality for all store, web and head office supporting systems to deliver multi-channel loyalty programme, in addition to all marketing support for the programme.
•	Controlled all operational, customer services, technical and field management issues with the programme to find satisfactory resolutions in conjunction with other stakeholders.
•	Recruited, trained and developed a team of marketing and customer services personnel to support the programme. 
•	Managed the introduction of a new customer services system for loyalty.
•	Managed existing discount card programme for GNC division, implementing aggressive acquisition programmes, retention e-CRM programme and test initiatives to improve programme profitability, most recently developing the strategy to transition to a loyalty programme.
•	Delivered the development and training of the CRM team for the company’s Dutch brand, De Tuinen, and for the successful launch of its loyalty programme.

•	Delivered sales and profitability of non-food product categories, including vitamins, minerals and supplements, sports nutrition and toiletries.
•	Oversaw promotional programme including product selection, price and promotional positioning.
•	Worked with buying and merchandising/marketing teams to manage on shelf presentation of new ranges and product launches and agree communication of promotional and product messaging for ATL, in store and online channels.
•	Completed category range and competitor pricing reviews to deliver increased sales and improved profit margin.
•	Developed and launched a range of paraben and SLS free toiletries in over 500 stores, which delivered category growth of 15% in the first sales quarter.

•	Managed and delivered ten TV campaigns per year, marketing support to 550 stores across three retail brands, POS for 15 promotional periods per year, local marketing, new store opening activity and merchandising display projects.
•	Launched new brand advertising campaign for Holland & Barrett, working directly with all agencies to co-ordinate plans.
•	Translated the campaign across TV, press, online, direct mail and in store POS. Launched to stores at annual retail conference.
•	Led team of designers to review current and develop new set of brand design guidelines for in store POS in line with TV brand campaign.
•	Implemented efficiencies to POS development and print process for promotional POS, with savings of £50k per annum.
•	Allocated, managed and administered budget of £8 million to cover all TV advertising, in store marketing, PR and new store activity.
•	Managed all relations with marketing agencies to deliver impactful, cohesive and meaningful campaigns.
•	Co-ordinated requirements of all product categories, influencing colleagues to agree activity and apportion marketing spend to drive most profitable return.
•	Led and developed a team of six marketing and graphic design personnel to deliver agreed objectives, deadlines and projects.
•	Demonstrated display solutions to increase conversion and customer understanding in store. Worked with merchandising and property teams during development to ensure brand consistency.

•	Positively affected email open rate by nine percentage points in two months by refining the email send to a more engaged audience and by commencing a lapsed customer strategy for customers who had not purchased in the last six months.
•	Researched and developed concept and strategy for company’s first customer loyalty programme for over 700 Holland & Barrett stores, achieving board level buy in. Led implementation team to pilot in 40 stores within four months from sign off. Over seven million customers signed up in first two years, with over 50% being active members, with a coupon redemption rate of over 40%. Growth in average transaction spend from members of over £6 consistently in first two years of programme, achieving 62% participation in programme within two years.
•	Delivered pilot loyalty programme within four months and rollout to nearly 700 stores after a further five months.
