We launched Antavo as a SaaS in martech, targeting small businesses with a great solution for running contests and sweepstakes. Since the very beginning, I had the responsibility of promoting our solutions, establishing and developing a comprehensive marketing system for lead generation, engagement, and customer development. At peak Antavo was used by 30.000 marketers globally.

I am Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Antavo. It's loyalty cloud, that helps global brands like KFC, BMW, and Kathmandu to run next-gen loyalty programs.

I am a former journalist who won the European Young Journalist Award from the European Commission, and a recognized female founder in tech by Forbes. 

We are an amazing team of 100 people working remotely all over the world. I love working from home, with my husband who is my co-founder, and also I quite enjoy business travel these days. I am a mother of 3 daughters. And I restarted ballet as an adult! It's great fun.

I was hired to rebuild and scale the North American partnership program across both Marketing Cloud and Merchandising Cloud product lines, leveraging my technical expertise, market knowledge, and commercial experience to expand Maropost’s ecosystem.

- Rebuilt the North American partner program from the ground up, transforming it into a revenue-generating channel that consistently exceeded quarterly quotas.

Ometria is a series C funded customer data and cross-channel marketing platform purpose-built for enterprise retailers to send personalized, relevant marketing messages throughout the customer lifecycle. My role is to acquire and scale North American partnerships with both technology and agencies (both digital marketing and SI's). I also managed our key global technical partnerships until the EMEA Partnerships Manager role was filled.

Responsibilities
- Strategically choose whom we should be partnering with
- Develop and implement partner strategies for new and existing partners
- Maintain and build relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels
- Build and grow a partnership pipeline with GTM strategies centered around identifying overlaps with partners, leverage shared data to drive efficient and effective partner engagements
- Raise brand awareness for Ometria through the partnerships
- Source and influence prospective sales deals 
- Support the partner GTM activities, i.e. give enablement sessions, 1-pagers, events, product or integration releases, etc.

- Participate in the integration product roadmap for key partners

- Successfully communicated market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional teams, informing product roadmap and prioritization. 
- The strength of my partner relationships led to the acquisition of ideal client profile (ICP) prospect account intelligence for over 100 ICP accounts from 14 partners, 74% from 4 key partners. All of the intel was leveraged to inform and guide our sales strategies on account outreach.

4-Tell is an onsite personalization SaaS platform that leverages machine learning and AI to create dynamic product recommendations that change with each click a shopper makes.

Successful hybrid role of combining my deep knowledge of our suite of personalization products, ecommerce understanding, an affinity for technology, and the ability to translate "techno-speak" into English to manage our Partner Program. 

- Signed 87% of agency partners
- Signed 50% of ecommerce platform partners

- Introducing 4-Tell to their partner teams

Relationship building is a core competence and serves me well in this role. We have many new partnerships created by people who used to be at prior partner agencies. Selling to any referrals made from my partners has been a successful approach ensuring a transparent relationship throughout. As with all small teams, wore several hats, one of which also included being the backup Customer Support rep whenever required by the Director of Customer Support.

This is a great company with a cool product that is a blast to market. We provide personalized product recommendations across all content - think online shopping, emails, mobile, social, etc. You've seen it, perhaps without realizing it: "People who bought this, also bought..." Cool, sophisticated stuff the big dogs like Amazon have is now readily available for all online retailers with an implementation measured in a few weeks, instant results including increased customer engagement, conversion and revenue.

RuleSpace is an Internet infrastructure vendor that provides instant web content recognition enabling Internet applications. I created the marketing content/messaging for all product collateral and web content. Sales resource on all product issues, created presentations, etc. Staffed trade shows, created presentations and direct marketing to prospects for the show. Finally, wore the label of Darth Vader by removing two product lines from the market.

Clientele is a complete CRM solution for small and medium-sized enterprises, that enables you to manage the entire lifecycle of a customer - from generating leads and closing sales, to providing superior support. It delivers highly regarded customer relationship management (CRM) solutions used by thousands of companies. Clientele allows businesses to better communicate, track, and build relationships with customers.

I wore many hats in my tenure: Sales Associate, Account Manager, Pre-Sales Manager, Marketing Programs Manager to ultimately Product Marketing Manager. I was responsible for product marketing for the customer relationship management (CRM) application. Duties included a full range of marketing aspects, including product positioning, messaging, collateral development, and sales training.

- Part of the team to craft core positioning documents on entire Clientele product line
- Created and kept updated all sales tools and collateral, including competitive updates
- Created all new product launch content to support marketing initiatives
- Developed and delivered content for all seminar series
- Trained Sales staff how to demonstrate the products with clear product messaging on values
