• Proud 1st generation American, my family moved to Chicago from the Philippines when I was 2, and I’m grateful for the incredible courage and faith that my parents and grandparents had resulting in me living the legacy they created.

• 20+ year technology and cybersecurity corporate business traveler chasing commission and promotions as a consultant at Accenture, sales consultant at Oracle, and sales consulting leader at Code42.

• Brain tumor survivor, (ex)wife separated from me when I was recovering from meningitis and 2nd surgery.  Permanently blind on a portion of my left eye and thankful to have incredible clarity in life as a result.

• 2x Ironman dedicating my finishes to my parents and my family for their love and support during my health challenges, and currently have my eyes set on qualifying for the Boston Marathon by 2027.

• Recently married to my wife Sari and enjoying our new life together in Miami; inspired by her journey as a 3rd year Internal Medicine Chief Resident and aspiring Infectious Disease and Critical Care attending physician.

• Sari and I are working hard for our future family and praying to create our own family legacy.

• I am my Mom and Dad's legacy. I pray that our future family has the same pride and appreciation of the values and opportunities Sari and I provide.

• Thankful to God and praying for continued blessings and helping others get closer to their faith.

Today, I'm a full-time real estate investor focused on acquiring commercial multifamily properties through syndication and providing wealth creation opportunities for accredited and sophisticated investors.  

For quite some time, I aspired to follow my entrepreneurial ambitions in real estate.  The book Rich Dad Poor Dad was eye opening, and I have been investing in real estate for over 10 years in SFH, Airbnbs, apartments, and self-storage.

These investments have allowed me to become a full-time real estate investor, and I am inspired to help educate others on its many possibilities, above and beyond generating wealth.
