During my fellowship with the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products organization, I have honed my project management skills to implement processes and drive impactful projects that prioritize safety and mitigate risks. My approach is rooted in a thorough understanding of risk management principles, allowing me to identify potential hazards and implement effective solutions. I have successfully addressed non-compliant equipment and processes through regular site WHS audits, ensuring ongoing compliance with industry standards and eliminating risks to prevent injuries across multiple sites.

My role extends beyond risk mitigation as I contribute significantly to improving park experiences. Leveraging comprehensive data analysis, I provide profound insights, constructive feedback, and strategic recommendations that enhance the overall guest experience. This commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in my ability to refine and elevate subsequent park experiences through data-driven decision-making. My health and safety expert expertise is evident in my key role during audits, where I offer valuable insights and recommendations. Proficient in preparing and effectively communicating compliance findings, I have successfully conveyed complex information to various levels of management. 

In collaboration with key stakeholders, I strategically schedule project activities to minimize disruptions to front-line operations, maintaining a harmonious workflow throughout the audit and project lifecycle. Project Manager / Safety Auditor 

US Army

Served as an Emergency Management Operations Supervisor responsible for the Installation Emergency Operations Center (IEOC) operation on a twenty-four-hour-per-day basis. Collects, organizes, analyzes, and reports critical incident information and data for use by emergency managers, emergency operations centers, and other officials and decision-makers. Ensures appropriate posture for the Installation EOC through monitoring emergency incidents and situations throughout the State, regional, national, and international events that may affect Fort Leonard Wood's public safety.

• Established and used key relationships to ensure connectivity to the strategies and program content that supports experience objectives while maintaining compliance aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.

• Performed in-depth analysis of the Safety Management System with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks.

• Provided comprehensive guidance and oversight, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols and policies, fostering a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.

Emergency Management Operations Supervisor

US Army TRADOC

Served as the First Sergeant/Program Manager in one of only two Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Advanced Individual Training companies. Oversaw the training and discipline, morale, and health and welfare of a team comprising six managers, 13 supervisors, and 360 associates, fostering a collaborative environment to drive the organization’s vision and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborated with business managers to exceed program objectives while mitigating risks and exploiting opportunities. Advised the commander on all matters of personnel management and unit operations. Executed several projects and facility upgrades totaling $2.2 million. 

• Led and guided a dynamic team of professionals within an agile framework, overseeing the development of instructional materials to facilitate the annual training of 1,800 new employees on company policies and procedures.

• Successfully spearheaded an agile team across three projects, collectively managing a budget of $2M, ensuring timely closure and under-budget completion while consistently delivering accepted and high-quality deliverables.

• Served as a dynamic creative collaborator, continually monitoring evolving industry trends, pioneering methodologies, and emerging technologies, harnessing this knowledge to revolutionize program concepts and implementations.

Program Manager | First Sergeant C/84th Chemical Battalion 3rd Chemical Brigade

Served as First Sergeant/Program Manager for an organization comprised of 243 personnel. Oversaw all company administrative and maintenance matters, including over $81 million of assigned property and equipment. Directed the company's mission support as required across six sub-units and directorates, training 26,000 students. 

• Crafted and delivered impactful presentations tailored to various leadership levels and external clients, effectively communicating complex concepts with clarity and precision.

• Established and used key relationships to ensure connectivity to the strategies and program content that supports experience objectives while maintaining compliance aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.

• Devised, implemented, and assessed diverse test scenarios to gauge the efficacy of current and proposed internal controls for daily operations and crucial business practices, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Managed and led facility upgrade projects from start to finish, increased security, safety, morale, and organizational readiness.

Program Manager | First Sergeant HHC 3rd Chemical Brigade

Managed the establishment and administration of a defined set of professional/operational services, programs, and initiatives of key significance to a major, self-contained operational component of the organization. Assumes a leadership role in the provision of professional services specific to the functional area of focus, ensuring that existing and emergent programs and services are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, organizational policies, and best practices and that they are in direct support of the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Collaborated directly with senior leadership on developing strategies to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of all outcomes within the functional area of operation and participated in overall decision-making as a member of the company's senior management team.


• Planned and oversaw strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.

• Established and implemented short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitored and evaluated programmatic and operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.

Senior Operations Manager

Served as a Department Supervisor / Platoon Sergeant responsible for 20 employees, which included accountability, health, and morale of the employees and their families. Responsible for assigning mentors to lower-level employees and evaluating the effectiveness of the company's mentorship program and career development program. Utilized problem-solving skills to ensure that any encounters with personnel, media, city officials, and other personnel outside the direct command were handled quickly and effectively.

• Analyzed, designed, documented, and implemented internal reporting systems and procedures for the department within a specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus.

• Supervised and directed contractors and sub-contractors, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to ensure team effectiveness and goal achievement for various design, fabrication, and installation projects.

• Designed, coordinated, and implemented training programs for personnel within the department and its components regarding the nature and application of operating policies and procedures.

• Conducted management review meetings and communicated data to management regarding customer satisfaction, internal failures, process metrics, quality returns, and supplier performance and presented improvement plans.

Responsible for providing timely and accurate chemical spill clean-up, storage, handling advice, and decontamination; timely and accurate monitoring of spill situations when necessary and appropriate; timely and accurate documentation of all communication according to department policies and procedures; and timely and accurate report notification to local, state, and federal agencies when appropriate.

As the Hazmat Response Team Leader, I assumed a leadership role within the Emergency Response Team, shouldering the responsibility for developing, coordinating, and managing all emergency activities. My leadership spanned coordinating, managing, and supervising all Hazmat activities, demonstrating my proficiency overseeing critical response functions.

In a role central to ensuring safety and environmental compliance, I was the go-to authority for providing timely and accurate advice on chemical spill clean-up, storage,  handling, and decontamination. My responsibilities extended to monitoring spill situations when necessary, documenting all communications in accordance with department policies, and making sure that local, state, and federal agencies were notified as appropriate. This commitment to precision and adherence to established procedures underscored my dedication to maintaining high standards in hazardous materials management.

Demonstrating a proven track record in environmental services and management, I excelled in advising and assisting with the maintenance and accountability of four crucial chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear departments. My responsibilities extended to overseeing the professional development, accountability, training, morale, and health and welfare of  23 personnel, ensuring a high level of operational readiness and efficiency within the team.

In a collaborative capacity, I provided invaluable support to four project managers by managing subcontractors, overseeing the development cycle, and ensuring stringent quality control compliance. This multifaceted role showcased my ability to navigate complex project landscapes and contribute to the successful execution of initiatives.

In a role pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, I excelled as a Diesel Mechanic in supervising and personally executing field-level maintenance and recovery operations on a diverse range of vehicles, including both light and heavy-wheeled vehicles, associated trailers, and material handling equipment (MHE). My technical expertise and hands-on approach contributed significantly to the operational readiness and functionality of the organization's vehicle fleet and associated equipment.

Adept at resource management, I played a crucial role in the inventory and turn-in of excess parts and equipment valued at 5.5 million dollars. This involved meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established procedures, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and financial accountability.

During multiple field training exercises, I assumed the role of the organization's primary wrecker and forklift operator, demonstrating my versatility and hands-on skills in diverse operational scenarios. This experience underscored my ability to function effectively in dynamic and challenging environments.

Executing with precision, I completed over 1,500 maintenance work orders, contributing significantly to sustaining a readiness rating exceeding 90%. This demonstrated my commitment to operational excellence and the ability to efficiently address and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring the organization's equipment was consistently in prime working condition.
