During my management consultancy with Indoor Sport Services, LTD, I was able to revise roles and responsibilities of the teams and individuals (using the RACI framework) which improved reporting and efficiency,  increased revenue by adding additional sales territories, negotiate terms with factories and develop a clear reporting structure for management.

After originally working with Again Faster as a consultant, I was able to significantly change the business, and restore profitability.

- Change in management structure and employees headcount
- Reduce overhead 15%
- Adding international partners in Russia, Dubai, South Korea, in addition to existing partners.
- Redesign and development of branded products
- Change of the company's sourcing and warehousing, increasing gross margin from 17 to 40%

As a consultant, joining the energetic athletes at Again Faster during a period of explosive growth as Marketing Director and then Creative Director, I was able to help refine the company’s image by working with Again Faster’s founder and outside resources to:

•	Refine company’s logo and identity
•	Develop new dynamically generated e-commerce and content website
•	Create unique brand imagery
•	Help develop long-form journalism iPad app
•	Create branded pop-up stores at CrossFit events
•	Recommend a key hire to lead company’s marketing
