I started my own career journey in neuropsychology, where I developed skills in analyzing human behaviour, abstract reasoning, and critical thinking. I also gained a thorough understanding of cultural differences and the uniqueness of every personality and the value it brings into the professional sphere. It is staggering how intrinsically different we all are. One of the things understanding personalities brings me in my day-to-day practice is deciphering if a person’s behaviour, mindset and experience match with their current job position and aspirations. If there is a misalignment, dissatisfaction and resentment can occur, ultimately dropping productivity rates and motivation for work. Coming from a psychological background my emphasis is always on the candidate experience and making sure they are thoroughly informed about each step of the process. Moreover, by providing consultations which bring clarity, guidance, and support, I successfully advise candidates on their path to new opportunities, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be in the future.
