In my role, I conducted statistical analysis to predict training effectiveness, leveraging data insights to validate examinations. I enhanced the ASTB by developing examination items to strengthen its test bank, ultimately optimizing test efficiency. In my previous role, I graded papers and reviewed assignments for the Research Methods in Psychology course taught by Dr. Schantz. I also had the opportunity to teach a Research Methods class as a substitute for Dr. Schantz. Throughout my tenure, I maintained correspondence with students, providing assistance and accommodations as needed to ensure their success in the course.

In my prior position, I assumed responsibility for overseeing the upkeep of the lab and providing assistance with various experiments assigned by Dr. Schantz. Additionally, I was tasked with coding data and organizing research for a range of experiments and projects. Whenever necessary, I filled in for class exercises and actively engaged with students to support their learning experience.

In my previous role, I spearheaded a change management project which involved conducting focus groups, analyzing data, and updating a five-year plan. I collaborated with focus groups, recording their insights and feedback. Furthermore, I collaborated closely with the Steering Committee to facilitate focus groups and analyze survey data effectively. I consolidated the findings into an executive summary and presented it to our clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives.

I graduated with a master's degree in I/O Psychology at the University of West Florida, where I gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Lab Manager.
