• Tested the product with Shopify store owners to tweak the use-cases that give them an uplift in revenue using Messenger

• Conceptualised and built a product that I took to market by myself. It’s called CustomerJet - it allows support teams see videos of where users get stuck before raising support tickets. It had about 10 B2B clients including Lithium, Clickfunnels and Shinesty

• Did in-depth review of the company's overall strategy and played a critical role in defining the strategic roadmap for our suite of products based on thorough analysis of the markets they play in

• Helped set up Wingify Labs - innovation wing of Wingify - to avoid getting disrupted and explore new opportunities in MarTech and adjacent markets to create new revenue channels for the company

• As a product manager (intrapreneur is a better word), I conduct in-depth user interviews using the principles of Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to figure out pain points that marketers face in the ecommerce and B2B space

Product Manager, Wingify Labs

• Built a mobile app called After 5 from the ground up - an events app that showed events happening after 5 pm in any city - with 20K monthly active users

• Conducted user research to figure out how Indians plan their evenings in different parts of the country, ran an MVP for more than 3000 people on WhatsApp in Pune, did UX design and validity through Invision mockups, and filtered all the information to create After 5’s v1, features roadmap and vision

• Created a weekly newsletter service called Business In3bullets that curated and summarised long reads in 3 bullets. It attracted more than 2000 subscribers with 40%+ open rates

• Decided against going ahead with B2C projects because it did not align with the business goals of a bootstrapped company in the long run. Here’s the summary of all the products we tried and our learnings from them

• Ran A/B tests on the feature websites to optimise it for conversions and the right messaging
