Antler

10 weeks venture building program. 

Antler helps founders get from 0 to 1 in two phases. 

Phase One is all about your team and idea. Antler will help founders find a co-founder and develop a business idea. 

At the end of Phase One, Antler will decide to invest in a select number of companies. These teams continue onto Phase Two. The next three months are all about building MVP, getting traction, and getting ready for the next investment round. Time with Antler will culminate in Demo Day, in which teams will get the opportunity to pitch to local and international investors to raise the next round of funding.

Fliptrek

- Managed a team of 3 (co-founders) & 5 freelancers
- Conducted ~70 customer development interviews 
- Done 12 sessions of sketching a product with customers 
- Worked on the prototype closely with a product designer – prototype.fliptrek.com  
- Beta app was released in May 2020
- ~300 users registered for the beta launch (0EUR spent on acquisition) 
- Signed a letter of intent for collaboration with: AIESEC, Allianz F200 and Ironhack
