Successfully achieved a 71% adoption rate among 22,000 sales employees, surpassing the 50% target within nine months.
•	Operational Efficiency: Streamlined backend Salesforce reports globally, ensuring the safe migration of approximately $50 billion worth of pipeline data with zero negative impact. Improved linearity, forecasting, and supply chain operations.
•	Global Channel Enablement: Enabled the successful global launch of partners as the Global Channel Partner Program Manager.
•	Event Leadership: Led a Global Marketing Ignite Day event across 40 countries as the Global Marketing Program Manager.
