After serving over 20 years in the USAF, I found my passion for technology and embarked on a new career journey. I began as a Mainframe Developer apprentice, mastering COBOL and JCL programming languages. The challenge of learning how to create through coding sparked my enthusiasm. Throughout my career, I have honed my leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, which have been instrumental in my pursuit to become a Scrum Master. As a servant leader, I excel in effectively communicating with and leading high-performance teams. I am known for promoting exemplary presentation and agile project management. My dedication to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment has been invaluable in guiding teams towards success. I take pride in my ability to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient project delivery. Recently, I expanded my skill set through a boot camp, gaining expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MERN stack, among others. I continue to embrace new challenges and remain excited about what I can create. I am now eager to bring my leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities to the role of Scrum Master, driving agile methodologies and facilitating team growth. My goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, and teams achieve their full potential.
