No cold pitch, but still got 10+ leads in a month & closed some of them. We are building in public, sharing what we are working on. The client wins & the messy part too. Posting just the real, unfiltered information of what we are doing at OutLoud - Branding & it worked every time. → 10+ leads in the inbox. → Closed some of them for both LinkedIn & Twitter. All because we decided to show the work instead of just doing it quietly on both the platforms, LinkedIn & Twitter. Building in public builds more than visibility. It builds trust. People don’t need perfection; they need real & raw results, whether it’s a win or a failure. So if you’ve been wondering whether you should do it or not, this is your sign. P.S. If you’re stuck on how to start, I’m just a DM away.

Here’s how turn 1 LinkedIn post into 5 tweets. A lot of people I know think Twitter is extra work But if you are already posting on LinkedIn, it’s not. You don’t need extra content, you just need a better strategy. Here’s how you can turn your LinkedIn posts into engaging tweets Step 1: Find the sharpest insight That one line in your LinkedIn post that made people stop scrolling. That becomes Tweet #1 (a one-liner or hook tweet) Step 2: Pull out the “why” The context or reasoning behind your insight. That becomes Tweet #2 (a mini thread or quote-style tweet) Step 3: Grab your CTA or takeaway The part where you made it actionable. That becomes Tweet #3 (a list, framework, or lesson tweet) Step 4: Turn it into a question Turn your main idea into a debate for people to engage in. That’s Tweet #4 (audience engagement) Step 5: Add your story A behind-the-scenes line, or what led you write that post. That’s Tweet #5 (relatability + depth) Follow this process & turn your one idea into 5 ways to engage the audience on Twitter. If you’re already writing on LinkedIn, you’ve done 80% of the job. You just need a system to grow your reach because not everything new has to be from scratch. & that’s exactly what we do for our founders & creators at OutLoud - Branding. If you are looking to grow your brand on Twitter & LinkedIn, let’s talk.

Real client onboarding: What happens after you say yes to working with OutLoud - Branding Getting a lead is always a big win, we all can agree, but what happens after that decides whether they’ll stay with you or not. Here’s what actually happens once a client says yes to us: Step 1: The kickoff call. We don’t ask, “Tell me about yourself.” We ask what you believe in, how you think, what’s shaped your life, & how you don’t want to sound online. Then we send them a short onboarding doc with questions customized according to their goals. Step 2: We build a content plan. We define your positioning, tone, content pillars, goals, etc. We also research your space, what others are posting, what your audience likes, and what’s missing. Step 3: We find your voice. By asking What do you know that others don’t? What are you tired of seeing online? This helps us shape content that’s real, personal, and true to you & not a copy of someone else. Step 4: Your first drafts. We send you a mix of posts: personal stories, tips, & content related to you & your work. All written in your voice. Step 5: Weekly feedback & updates. We check what’s working, what’s not & improve each week. You’ll never feel like we just wrote and disappeared. Most clients stay with us because they can feel we care about their content, their goals, & their voice. That’s what OutLoud - Branding is all about. If you’re building a personal brand that feels like you, we’re just a DM away.

I did not feel happy even after earning ₹427 crore. Don’t worry, this is not me. I just read about Siddharth Shankar, the founder of Tails Trading, who sold a part of his business for ₹427 crores. “How much PlayStation can one play? How much golf can I play? What more can I do?” Even after all the support, the congratulatory messages, and the smile that lasted on his face all day, he still felt empty. He had the money. He had the freedom. He had the applause. But he felt lost. Experiencing an identity crisis he never expected. And it made me think about how often we tie happiness to a milestone. That “once I get there” moment. Once I hit X followers... Once I land that client... Once I scale this agency... But the reality is this: You don’t feel fulfilled when you reach the milestone. You feel fulfilled when you enjoy the journey to it. As someone who just started her own personal branding agency, I’ve been thinking deeply about this. The goal isn’t just to grow brands or numbers. The goal is to build a brand with purpose and help people show up as their real selves online. Because otherwise, what’s the point of building it at all? Have you ever hit a goal and felt nothing? Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

If I were hiring a content marketer, I’d hire this guy in a second. A friend of mine is currently looking for a content marketing role & it’s hard to ignore the experience and value he will bring to your organization: ✍️ 4 years of writing experience 🚀 3 years of startup marketing 🐦 Built a 5K+ audience on Twitter 🎙️ Ran a podcast and pulled in guests you wouldn’t expect on a sub-500 channel 📹 Super comfortable on camera 🤖 Recently started experimenting with AI in content workflows He knows how to create content that hooks people in the first few seconds. And he’s done it for both himself and his clients. If you're hiring (or know someone who is), drop a comment or DM me. Happy to send his profile your way!

D2C founders, you’re  missing out on a lot of opportunities if you are not active on Twitter. Most founders focus on building their brand’s presence, but people don’t just buy products. They buy stories & stories come from you, not your logo. Take Wellbi , for example. When Supreeth Kashyap started building his personal brand on Twitter alongside their startup’s page, they began seeing 10% of sales come directly from Twitter. No ads. No aggressive CTAs. Just honest, consistent sharing from the founder’s own account. As a personal branding strategist who has built her presence on LinkedIn as well as Twitter, I’ve seen this again and again: ✅ Tweets build trust. ✅ Trust drives traffic. ✅ Traffic drives sales. You don’t need a viral thread to start. You need clarity, consistency & a bit of courage. Your audience is already there. They just haven’t heard from you yet. If you're a D2C founder and want to build a personal brand on Twitter that converts, let's talk. I help founders create content that drives both influence and inbound. Drop a DM or comment on Twitter and I’ll reach out.

Why employees are the real influencers in 2025. Not on just LinkedIn but on all the platforms Employees are becoming the face of the brand. You’ll spot them on: → Podcasts, talking about company culture → Reels, breaking down complex concepts → Panels, representing the brand POV Because in 2025, people don’t just buy from companies, they buy from people they relate to. No one wants another polished brand post. But they will engage with a data scientist sharing how they built that AI model or a designer breaking down their latest Figma file. Smart companies are getting ahead by: - Encouraging employees to build personal brands - Investing in internal training & content support - Connecting personal growth to company growth Employee advocacy isn't a marketing hack, it’s a long-term brand moat. And these companies are building visibility, trust, talent pipelines, & loyalty at scale through employee advocacy. I love how Storylane & Zomato have cracked this. Which brands do you think are doing employee advocacy right?

Beginner Series | Part 2: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU & What They Mean for Your Personal Brand Strategy Last week, I covered how to optimize your LinkedIn profile, the foundation of your personal brand Today, let’s talk strategy, specifically the marketing funnel: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU What do those letters mean? 🤔 - TOFU (Top of Funnel): Awareness This is where people discover you Think: LinkedIn posts that introduce who you are & what you do - MOFU (Middle of Funnel): Engagement This stage is about building interest and trust Think: LinkedIn posts that share lessons, insights, & invite conversations. - BOFU (Bottom of Funnel): Conversion Here, people take action. Think: LinkedIn posts that invite people to connect, book a call, or learn more about your services. Why does this matter? Because a smart personal brand strategy balances all three. If you only focus on TOFU, posting random content, your audience won’t stick. If you only focus on BOFU, pitching constantly, people will tune out That’s why balancing all funnel stages matters In the next post, I’ll share simple tactics to create content for each funnel stage. Until then, ask yourself: Are you building awareness, nurturing interest, or driving action with your posts? Let me know in the comments 👇

Tuesday Twitter, Episode 1: Everyone’s overthinking Twitter, so here’s how to start & grow there. Welcome to the Tuesday Twitter series, where you learn everything about this small birdie 🐦 You don’t need a niche to start on Twitter. Twitter is the only platform where your personal diary can turn into a personal brand. If you’ve been overthinking it, here’s how to begin: 1- Tweet like no one’s watching (because no one is at first) Nobody cares, which is exactly why you should tweet anything. What you learned, what pissed you off, a random idea, a half-baked thought, and POVs on the latest news & trends. That’s how you find your voice. 2- Think of Twitter like a diary, just with better formatting. Line breaks, hooks, and a little polish, but the thoughts can be raw, personal, & weird, & those are what people connect with. 3- Your profile is not a resume. It’s your vibe-check; tell people what to expect: a mix of your job, interests, & personality Example: Writing, branding & bad jokes | documenting the chaos of building an agency 4- Show up > Go viral. You don’t need a viral tweet. You need 50 tweets that sound like you, & slowly, people will show up for you but all of this will only happen when you keep showing up for yourself first. Next Tuesday, I will be sharing How to structure your thoughts when you don’t know what to tweet. Till then: no pressure, no niche, just hit Tweet. #TuesdayTwitter #Outloud

OutLoud - Branding wasn’t the plan; it was the answer to a bigger question. This might come as a surprise to you all but having my own agency was never the goal. My freelance journey was going well with amazing clients. The work was meaningful, & I got to do it all on my own terms. But slowly, I started hitting a ceiling. I started asking myself: - What if I could build my team & we are working together & growing? - What if we could scale the impact, not just the income? That's where OutLoud - Branding began. A need to grow, to do more, & to amplify voices at scale. Starting an agency wasn’t part of the original plan, but helping more people show up, speak up, and build powerful online identities, That always was. OutLoud - Branding is just the louder version of what I was already doing Now, with more hands, more ideas & a bigger mission.

Are you on LinkedIn? I think I follow you there That’s what our client heard twice in one week Once at a business meeting & then some other place. Both times from people who recognized him just from his online presence. One even said, ‘Love your one-liners on LinkedIn’ Moments like these are why we do what we do at OutLoud - Branding When your online presence starts showing up in real life, that’s not just personal branding. That’s real connection, real recall, & real results. When it goes from content to credibility & conversation starters. And you don’t need 100K followers for that. You just need to show up with clarity, consistency, & content that actually says something. What would you want to be known for when someone spots you offline? P.S Adding the image below

Part 1: Here's how to optimize your LinkedIn profile to get noticed by the right people. Welcome to the Beginner Series, where I share everything from A to Z to help you grow your personal brand on LinkedIn Your LinkedIn profile is like your online shop window When it looks good & works well, it can open doors to new opportunities & connections But for that to happen, your profile needs to be more than just filled out, it needs to be strategically optimized This is why you should care about LinkedIn optimization It helps the right people find you, understand what you do, and trust you enough to connect. Now, here’s how you can optimize your LinkedIn today: 1️⃣ Headline: Don’t just list your job title. Tell people what you do & who you help. 2️⃣ Use the Right Keywords: Add words people search for in your headline, summary, & job descriptions so they can find you easily. 3️⃣ About Section: Share your story, your skills, & invite people to connect. 4️⃣ Profile Picture: Your profile photo should be clear & professional. 5️⃣ Banner: Your banner should say what you do in a few words. Attach your previous work or clients that stand out. Add a CTA sharing your email/contact to connect. 6️⃣ Featured Section: Add your best posts, projects, articles, or images here. This is your chance to prove what you can do. 7️⃣ Work Experience: Use clear job titles, company names, & a few points about what you did and achieved. Add images or videos to your experience that show proof of your skills. 8️⃣ Ask for Recommendations: Let others speak about how good you are, this builds trust. Post useful content, comment thoughtfully, & build relationships. Optimizing LinkedIn is a continuous journey, small tweaks over time make a big difference. I already have topics planned, but feel free to suggest what you want to learn more about. I’ll make sure to share it with you! P.S. This was the first post of our Beginner Series. Stay tuned for the next one where I share about LinkedIn content strategy. #BeginnerSeries #LinkedIn

Follow this content strategy on LinkedIn for 6 months to grow your personal brand in 2025 LinkedIn growth isn’t about chance; it’s all about balance. Here is my strategy I’m sticking to: 1. Educational posts (2x/week). It builds trust, attracts new followers, and helps you discover what people need. 2. Storytelling posts (2x/week). Humanize your content. Share relatable business stories—not just life-changing festival experiences. 3. Promotional posts (1x/week). Highlight your wins. Client results, testimonials, happy DMs—selling is how you grow. Selling = making money, & don't shy away from promoting your services—your audience needs to know how you can help them. You may not always follow this, but having a balanced plan builds trust, connection & authority. What is your strategy for 2025?

                    184

The biggest mistake I see founders make with personal branding in 2025. Trying to go viral instead of building trust. Everyone wants the 10k likes moment. But virality doesn’t convert, clarity does. As someone who writes for founders every day, I’ve seen this happening repeatedly: • Chasing trends instead of building a narrative • Speaking to everyone & relating with no one • Optimizing for engagement over positioning And then wondering why leads aren’t converting, or why people don’t remember what they do. Personal branding isn’t about performance. It’s about perception & consistently influencing how the right people see you. The founders who are winning in 2025 are not trying to be influencers. They’re focused on: → Owning a clear point of view → Sharing stories that build trust → Being known for something (not everything) That’s what drives inbound, credibility, & long-term growth. If you’re building your personal brand this year, focus less on reach & more on relevance. That’s where the real traction starts. If you’re a founder looking to grow without playing the algorithm game, I’m happy to chat.

What my family thinks I do vs. what I actually do. I just came back home this weekend, & every time I’m here, my family interrogates me like CID Why are you always on your laptop? Is this some social media thing? What exactly do you do? So here’s what they think I do vs what I actually do 👇 What my family thinks I do: - She posts on LinkedIn & gets paid for it - She teaches people how to be famous online - She’s always on her phone, must be some social media job What I actually do: - Understand what makes content worth reading to. - Write posts that feel personal but position them as experts. - Align content with career or business goals. - Create systems to grow visibility, trust, & opportunity - Manage 10 different voices, tones, and inboxes (often at once) Yes, I post on LinkedIn But that post is backed by hours of research, writing, positioning, editing, & optimization Personal branding isn’t just content, It’s strategy, psychology, & storytelling rolled into one But try explaining that to your mom 😅 What do your family and friends think you do? Share your funniest misconceptions.

                        194

No one talks about how lonely building an agency can feel. So let’s talk about it. Even though I have people around me A team of three, clients, a handful of conversations every day... It still feels lonely sometimes Because at the end of the day, you have to make the final call You carry the wins & the what-ifs There’s so much you can’t always say out loud Whether it’s doubt, confusion, or just plain overwhelm And even though I trust my team deeply, Some thoughts feel too heavy to share So you carry them quietly & keep going You smile on video calls You post regularly You look ‘on top of things’ Because that’s the role, right? The founder, the leader, the strategist who always knows what to do. But the truth is that some days, you don’t. And that’s okay If you’re building something of your own and feel this too, just know you're not the only one in the room who feels alone Let’s open up this side of entrepreneurship What’s one thing you don’t talk about enough as a founder/solopreneur? I’m listening. Let’s talk in the comments.

                          207

Don’t fall for these personal branding myths every founder believes. If you're building a business, your personal brand deserves as much strategy as your product. However, very few founders allowed outdated myths to influence their strategy. I am clarifying these myths today & helping you build your brand. Myth #1: Personal branding is just self-promotion. Reality: It's about providing value first. The most successful founders share insights, lessons learned, & industry knowledge that genuinely helps others grow. Myth #2: I need to be active on every platform. Reality: Quality over quantity wins every time. Pick 1-2 platforms where your target audience hangs out & show up consistently there. For most founders, that's LinkedIn + one other platform. Myth #3: My work should speak for itself. Reality: In today's digital world, your work whispers while your story amplifies. The founders who can articulate their journey, vision & impact are the ones who attract the best opportunities. Myth #4: I need to maintain a perfect image. Reality: Authenticity resonates more than perfection. Share your failures, learnings, & growth moments. Your vulnerability will build stronger connections than a polished facade ever could. Myth #5: Personal branding is a full-time job. Reality: 30 minutes a day is all you need. Focus on: ➡ Sharing one valuable insight. ➡ Engaging with 5–15 relevant posts. ➡ Responding to comments. Personal branding is simply strategic storytelling that connects your expertise with the people who need it most. What myths would you add to this list? LinkedIn LinkedIn Guide to Creating

                            277

A day in my life: living independently, working on personal brands, running a team & still logging off by 6. My day doesn’t start with an ice bath or a podcast. It starts at 8 a.m. with coffee & breakfast, which I make myself. Living away from home means I cook most of my meals because daily takeout isn’t just expensive, it’s exhausting. At 9:30, I hop on a call with my team. We go over the day’s tasks, set priorities, & share the load. By 10:00, we’re: - Finalizing posts. - Sending reminders (clients actually thank us for these!) - Sharing feedback. - And keeping everything on track without letting anything slip. We’re not rushing; we’re organised. Which means I & my team members can take a two-hour break if we need to anytime in a day. Because the system holds, even when I pause. We stay in sync with clients daily that includes quick check-ins, weekly review calls, or sharing a voice note when something needs context. It’s not about more meetings. It’s about better communication, so nothing falls through. We take a 30-35 minute break in middle too & then in the evening, we do another check-in. What got done? What rolls over to tomorrow? Everything’s reviewed. Everything’s clear. At 6, I log off. And for the next hour, I stay without my phone to draw or to read or  just stare at the wall because being organized isn’t just about daily tasks. It’s about the little things, like sending invoices by the 15th, so everything clears by month-end and I don’t have to chase payments. Even on packed days filled with meetings & check-ins, I don’t lose my calm because we’ve built a routine that holds up. We follow this every Monday to Friday. By the end of the week, everything for the next one is planned. Weekends are completely off. No Slack pings or quick calls or half-days. Our clients know & support our 9–6, weekday-only schedule. So we rest, live life outside of work (hehe), & start again on Monday with a clear head. I’m not just building personal brands. I’m building a system that helps people show up consistently without burning out.

Dear May, you were a mix of wins, delays, & emotions I wasn’t ready for. On the work front: We closed some solid clients for LinkedIn & Twitter. Clients are starting to show up consistently & build real trust with their audience on both platforms, but not everything went as planned. I couldn’t take a few potential client calls because of some unexpected thing I didn’t see coming. Those calls are finally happening this week & I’m excited to pick things back up. In the middle of it all, life was life-ing too. Missed home like hell, planning to visit parents next week. made some difficult choices and regretted one of them. A close friend was home for a few days before moving cities. We celebrated her farewell with lots of late-night catchups, old stories, & too many emotional hugs. It was bittersweet; it’s amusing how much changed in just a year. So yeah, May was a little messy but filled with a lot of learnings. But here’s to a calmer, growthful June. (And maybe fewer plot twists.) P.S. How was your May?
