Month 2 was a disaster for this client… I’ve been working with a director for a few months now. And it took me 90 days to really get it right. Month 1 was smooth. Month 2? A mess. Month 3 changed everything. Why? Because great personal branding isn’t about just posting content. It’s about getting inside their head. - How they talk. - What they believe in. - What they’d never say out loud but should. - What excites them. - What annoys them. - & most importantly how they want to show up online. Now we’re in a good rhythm. The content feels like him. Because it finally sounds like him. But here's the catch 👇 What works for him? Won’t work for the next founder. Same format? Maybe Same tone? Nope. There’s no one-size-fits-all in personal branding. Because people aren’t templates. I always cared more about retention than reach. More about trust than trends. More about value than vanity metrics. And that’s what builds real brands online. So if you’re ready to make your brand heard outloud, I’m right here.
No cold pitch, but still got 10+ leads in a month & closed some of them. We are building in public, sharing what we are working on. The client wins & the messy part too. Posting just the real, unfiltered information of what we are doing at OutLoud - Branding & it worked every time. → 10+ leads in the inbox. → Closed some of them for both LinkedIn & Twitter. All because we decided to show the work instead of just doing it quietly on both the platforms, LinkedIn & Twitter. Building in public builds more than visibility. It builds trust. People don’t need perfection; they need real & raw results, whether it’s a win or a failure. So if you’ve been wondering whether you should do it or not, this is your sign. P.S. If you’re stuck on how to start, I’m just a DM away.
I don’t think my younger self would’ve believed it. Back then, I was just trying to figure out where I fit in. Writing ideas in old notebooks, watching others build, wondering if I ever could. I didn’t have a blueprint but had a dream & a dozen reasons to give up. But today… I think I'm proud. Not because everything is perfect. But because I didn’t quit. Because I kept showing up quietly, consistently, stubbornly. And now, something special is coming to life. After years of helping founders & professionals amplify their voice on LinkedIn, I’m stepping into something bigger. Tomorrow, I'm officially coming up with something I’ve poured my heart into. Stay tuned. See you on the other side.
I did not feel happy even after earning ₹427 crore. Don’t worry, this is not me. I just read about Siddharth Shankar, the founder of Tails Trading, who sold a part of his business for ₹427 crores. “How much PlayStation can one play? How much golf can I play? What more can I do?” Even after all the support, the congratulatory messages, and the smile that lasted on his face all day, he still felt empty. He had the money. He had the freedom. He had the applause. But he felt lost. Experiencing an identity crisis he never expected. And it made me think about how often we tie happiness to a milestone. That “once I get there” moment. Once I hit X followers... Once I land that client... Once I scale this agency... But the reality is this: You don’t feel fulfilled when you reach the milestone. You feel fulfilled when you enjoy the journey to it. As someone who just started her own personal branding agency, I’ve been thinking deeply about this. The goal isn’t just to grow brands or numbers. The goal is to build a brand with purpose and help people show up as their real selves online. Because otherwise, what’s the point of building it at all? Have you ever hit a goal and felt nothing? Would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
D2C founders, you’re missing out on a lot of opportunities if you are not active on Twitter. Most founders focus on building their brand’s presence, but people don’t just buy products. They buy stories & stories come from you, not your logo. Take Wellbi , for example. When Supreeth Kashyap started building his personal brand on Twitter alongside their startup’s page, they began seeing 10% of sales come directly from Twitter. No ads. No aggressive CTAs. Just honest, consistent sharing from the founder’s own account. As a personal branding strategist who has built her presence on LinkedIn as well as Twitter, I’ve seen this again and again: ✅ Tweets build trust. ✅ Trust drives traffic. ✅ Traffic drives sales. You don’t need a viral thread to start. You need clarity, consistency & a bit of courage. Your audience is already there. They just haven’t heard from you yet. If you're a D2C founder and want to build a personal brand on Twitter that converts, let's talk. I help founders create content that drives both influence and inbound. Drop a DM or comment on Twitter and I’ll reach out.
Here’s how turn 1 LinkedIn post into 5 tweets. A lot of people I know think Twitter is extra work But if you are already posting on LinkedIn, it’s not. You don’t need extra content, you just need a better strategy. Here’s how you can turn your LinkedIn posts into engaging tweets Step 1: Find the sharpest insight That one line in your LinkedIn post that made people stop scrolling. That becomes Tweet #1 (a one-liner or hook tweet) Step 2: Pull out the “why” The context or reasoning behind your insight. That becomes Tweet #2 (a mini thread or quote-style tweet) Step 3: Grab your CTA or takeaway The part where you made it actionable. That becomes Tweet #3 (a list, framework, or lesson tweet) Step 4: Turn it into a question Turn your main idea into a debate for people to engage in. That’s Tweet #4 (audience engagement) Step 5: Add your story A behind-the-scenes line, or what led you write that post. That’s Tweet #5 (relatability + depth) Follow this process & turn your one idea into 5 ways to engage the audience on Twitter. If you’re already writing on LinkedIn, you’ve done 80% of the job. You just need a system to grow your reach because not everything new has to be from scratch. & that’s exactly what we do for our founders & creators at OutLoud - Branding. If you are looking to grow your brand on Twitter & LinkedIn, let’s talk.
If I were hiring a content marketer, I’d hire this guy in a second. A friend of mine is currently looking for a content marketing role & it’s hard to ignore the experience and value he will bring to your organization: ✍️ 4 years of writing experience 🚀 3 years of startup marketing 🐦 Built a 5K+ audience on Twitter 🎙️ Ran a podcast and pulled in guests you wouldn’t expect on a sub-500 channel 📹 Super comfortable on camera 🤖 Recently started experimenting with AI in content workflows He knows how to create content that hooks people in the first few seconds. And he’s done it for both himself and his clients. If you're hiring (or know someone who is), drop a comment or DM me. Happy to send his profile your way!
You’re so wrong about yourself… You think you're just ‘decent’ at what you do. But the truth is: ✅ You have stories others need to hear. ✅ You’ve overcome challenges others are still struggling with. ✅ You have insights that could make someone’s day or career better. But no one will know… unless you show up. That's where personal branding steps in. It’s not about bragging; it’s about telling others. You know it’s absolutely alright to try ten different things & make a thousand different mistakes when you’re figuring things out. So if you're waiting to feel ‘ready’ or ‘expert enough’ STOP. You already have more potential than you think. Let’s bring it to light. Drop a 🔥 if you’ve ever underestimated yourself. Let’s normalize showing up before we feel ready.
I have built an audience of 18k on Twitter & LinkedIn & here’s the one main reason why your LinkedIn content won’t work on Twitter. (Remember to read all the way through; we have a special treat for you.) LinkedIn is like a conference room. Twitter is like a café. On LinkedIn, people expect context, credibility & clarity. Your audience gives you more time, but in return, they expect value that’s well-structured and professional. But on Twitter, people scroll fast & love punchiness. You don’t always need to explain the why, you just need to make them feel something. Here’s how I approach content for each: LinkedIn: Thoughtful narratives, career learnings, frameworks,& long-form posts. A place to show depth. Twitter: Sharp hooks, 1-liner insights, threads that teach or provoke. A place to build recall. Both platforms reward consistency. But the tone and tempo? Completely different. Know your platform. Then play to win. If you want us to help you build your personal brand on LinkedIn or Twitter, We have a surprise for you: the first five people who sign up for our services at OutLoud - Branding will receive 15% off on all our services. DM me ‘brand,’ and let’s build your personal brand!
You don’t have enough experience, that’s what a potential lead told me recently. I’ve been helping professionals grow their personal brands on Linkedin & twitter for 3 years now. I’ve increased their engagement, followers & even helped them build a solid community. But still, it left me feeling a little down. TBH, it was really frustrating. What I’ve learned is, years don’t equal results & the best personal brands? They’re built by people who get people, not just those with a decade on their resume. Clients don’t just need someone experienced. They need someone who understands how to adapt, test new approaches, & drive real outcomes. So if you’re looking for someone who’s been doing the same thing for 10 years… I might not be your person. But if you are looking for someone who’s been doing the right things & getting results? Let’s talk.
Real client onboarding: What happens after you say yes to working with OutLoud - Branding Getting a lead is always a big win, we all can agree, but what happens after that decides whether they’ll stay with you or not. Here’s what actually happens once a client says yes to us: Step 1: The kickoff call. We don’t ask, “Tell me about yourself.” We ask what you believe in, how you think, what’s shaped your life, & how you don’t want to sound online. Then we send them a short onboarding doc with questions customized according to their goals. Step 2: We build a content plan. We define your positioning, tone, content pillars, goals, etc. We also research your space, what others are posting, what your audience likes, and what’s missing. Step 3: We find your voice. By asking What do you know that others don’t? What are you tired of seeing online? This helps us shape content that’s real, personal, and true to you & not a copy of someone else. Step 4: Your first drafts. We send you a mix of posts: personal stories, tips, & content related to you & your work. All written in your voice. Step 5: Weekly feedback & updates. We check what’s working, what’s not & improve each week. You’ll never feel like we just wrote and disappeared. Most clients stay with us because they can feel we care about their content, their goals, & their voice. That’s what OutLoud - Branding is all about. If you’re building a personal brand that feels like you, we’re just a DM away.
Follow this content strategy on LinkedIn for 6 months to grow your personal brand in 2025 LinkedIn growth isn’t about chance; it’s all about balance. Here is my strategy I’m sticking to: 1. Educational posts (2x/week). It builds trust, attracts new followers, and helps you discover what people need. 2. Storytelling posts (2x/week). Humanize your content. Share relatable business stories—not just life-changing festival experiences. 3. Promotional posts (1x/week). Highlight your wins. Client results, testimonials, happy DMs—selling is how you grow. Selling = making money, & don't shy away from promoting your services—your audience needs to know how you can help them. You may not always follow this, but having a balanced plan builds trust, connection & authority. What is your strategy for 2025?
If I had to start from ZERO on Twitter today, here’s the exact roadmap I’d follow no fluff, just what works. I’ve grown my audience to 18,000+ on Twitter (X) over the years. Here’s exactly what I did at the start: Treat it like a diary. ➡️Don’t overthink. Share daily thoughts, lessons, & even what’s happening at home haha, Kalesh happened. TBH, I sometimes posted that too, lol. People connect with people. ➡️Talk about what you’re learning. ➡️Read a good book? Learned something at work? Break it down. Share takeaways. Add your opinion. That’s how you build credibility. ➡️Use the search bar to your advantage. Search relevant keywords. Jump into conversations. Be curious. That’s how you get noticed. ➡️What’s trending? Can you offer a unique take or add a personal story? That’s how you stand out. ➡️Engage with people you admire. Reply. DM. Share their work. Most people on Twitter are far more approachable than you think. ➡️Take advantage of Twitter Spaces. It’s a great way to share your ideas & connect with like-minded people in real time. ➡️Understand Twitter’s culture. Slangs, formats & inside jokes it’s all part of the platform’s personality. Enjoy it. You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be honest & helpful. This is the same approach that helped me meet over 20+ incredible people, get clients & even hire for roles. P.S. I’m thinking about adding Twitter growth services to my topmate.io, curious to hear what you guys think. Would you find it useful? Let me know 👇
2021: CA Dropout. 2025: Founder of OutLoud - Branding I invested 3 years in CA but left halfway. For the next 1–2 years, every conversation with relatives began with: CA nahi nikla na? Toh ab kya karegi? Silence slowly turned into self-doubt… Until I gave myself 7–9 months of freedom to explore. During that time, I stumbled upon digital marketing and started experimenting with different parts of it. That’s when I discovered ghostwriting. Crafting others’ stories, voices, and ideas. I jumped right in. Learning how to match each person’s tone, tell stories that relate, post on my own profile, and land my first clients. Then came the day I officially launched my ghostwriting agency. And I saw those same people’s faces light up in surprise (or shock) They still ask, Expenses manage karogi? Paise kahan se aayega? As if I don’t know business, bhai, Marwadi hoon! 😂 To every “yeh tumse nahi hoga” voice: This is just the beginning. I’m building something bigger for myself and for my family, especially my mom, who never stopped believing in me. And yes, seeing those raised eyebrows? That’s the sweetest reward. If you’re feeling lost right now, trust me, this phase isn’t the end. It’s just the plot twist before your main character comeback. Keep going. Your story’s about to get good
I compiled a list of 50 accounts that copy paste AI comments on posts. Imagine your friend told you his/her proud moment. & instead of saying ‘I’m so happy for you bro’ You said, ‘Congratulations on your accomplishment.’ (Feels weird, right. No emotions. Just checking the box) These days, it’s easy to spot a comment that feels... empty. A generic compliment. A vague reaction. No effort, no context. You know, people know when you're not being real. If you're here to grow your network, don’t chase numbers. Chase connections. - Read the post before you comment. - Share what genuinely stood out to you. - Ask questions. Start conversations. - Support without expecting favors. Friendships are the best networking strategy. People help people they like, respect, and trust Not the ones who leave copy-paste comments hoping for something in return. Be someone people want to root for. That’s how you build a genuine network not only here & anywhere else. And if you need help getting started, my DMs are always open. 🤝 P.S. I actually have a list of accounts that solely copy-paste AI comment.
Don’t fall for these personal branding myths every founder believes. If you're building a business, your personal brand deserves as much strategy as your product. However, very few founders allowed outdated myths to influence their strategy. I am clarifying these myths today & helping you build your brand. Myth #1: Personal branding is just self-promotion. Reality: It's about providing value first. The most successful founders share insights, lessons learned, & industry knowledge that genuinely helps others grow. Myth #2: I need to be active on every platform. Reality: Quality over quantity wins every time. Pick 1-2 platforms where your target audience hangs out & show up consistently there. For most founders, that's LinkedIn + one other platform. Myth #3: My work should speak for itself. Reality: In today's digital world, your work whispers while your story amplifies. The founders who can articulate their journey, vision & impact are the ones who attract the best opportunities. Myth #4: I need to maintain a perfect image. Reality: Authenticity resonates more than perfection. Share your failures, learnings, & growth moments. Your vulnerability will build stronger connections than a polished facade ever could. Myth #5: Personal branding is a full-time job. Reality: 30 minutes a day is all you need. Focus on: ➡ Sharing one valuable insight. ➡ Engaging with 5–15 relevant posts. ➡ Responding to comments. Personal branding is simply strategic storytelling that connects your expertise with the people who need it most. What myths would you add to this list? LinkedIn LinkedIn Guide to Creating
Okay, it’s happening. I’m finally showing up as the founder of OutLoud - Branding! 🧿 And no, I don’t suddenly have to “behave” like a founder. Because let’s be honest, if I try to act like one, I’ll probably end up writing jargon-filled posts and accidentally pitching out loud myself in the comments. Nah, I’ll just be me. Loud, curious, a little awkward & very real. So here I am, building in public, writing from the heart & figuring it all out loud along the way.
We’re officially OutLoud - Branding. Three years ago, I started as a freelancer in the world of branding & marketing. No team. No big plans. Just a simple idea: helping people grow their presence on social media. Today, I’m beyond excited to share I'm turning that dream into something bigger. Introducing my agency: OutLoud - Branding: Your brand needs a voice. We give it one. What started with me is now growing into a team, a vision, and a mission: → Helping more people grow their personal brand. → Helping businesses tell their stories better. → Helping you show up, Outloud. Because when you grow Outloud, the world can’t ignore you. This is just the beginning, & I’m beyond grateful for every person, conversation, & moment that brought us here. 🙏 To everyone who’s supported, believed, or simply cheered from the sidelines, Thank you 🫶 Please drop your feedback or any advice you have for us, Let’s build this Outloud movement together. A day in my life: living independently, working on personal brands, running a team & still logging off by 6. My day doesn’t start with an ice bath or a podcast. It starts at 8 a.m. with coffee & breakfast, which I make myself. Living away from home means I cook most of my meals because daily takeout isn’t just expensive, it’s exhausting. At 9:30, I hop on a call with my team. We go over the day’s tasks, set priorities, & share the load. By 10:00, we’re: - Finalizing posts. - Sending reminders (clients actually thank us for these!) - Sharing feedback. - And keeping everything on track without letting anything slip. We’re not rushing; we’re organised. Which means I & my team members can take a two-hour break if we need to anytime in a day. Because the system holds, even when I pause. We stay in sync with clients daily that includes quick check-ins, weekly review calls, or sharing a voice note when something needs context. It’s not about more meetings. It’s about better communication, so nothing falls through. We take a 30-35 minute break in middle too & then in the evening, we do another check-in. What got done? What rolls over to tomorrow? Everything’s reviewed. Everything’s clear. At 6, I log off. And for the next hour, I stay without my phone to draw or to read or just stare at the wall because being organized isn’t just about daily tasks. It’s about the little things, like sending invoices by the 15th, so everything clears by month-end and I don’t have to chase payments. Even on packed days filled with meetings & check-ins, I don’t lose my calm because we’ve built a routine that holds up. We follow this every Monday to Friday. By the end of the week, everything for the next one is planned. Weekends are completely off. No Slack pings or quick calls or half-days. Our clients know & support our 9–6, weekday-only schedule. So we rest, live life outside of work (hehe), & start again on Monday with a clear head. I’m not just building personal brands. I’m building a system that helps people show up consistently without burning out.
