Worked extensively on demand generation and ensured constant acceleration levers were deployed at regular touch-points across channels to ensure maximum impact at the top, middle and the bottom of the sales and marketing funnel.

My role at LinkedIn was to partner with clients in India and help them understand the value of direct sourcing, impact of social recruiting and the importance of employer branding in the digital age. On a day to day basis, I strived to determine my clients' recruitment goals, drive best practices and maximize usage of their LinkedIn hiring solutions. I shared industry trends, best practices and offered product consultation and education for clients to optimize their recruitment processes and talent brand.

I worked with a cross-functional global team to deliver market insights, customer education and change management support which enhanced client adoption and engagement of LinkedIn’s transformational technology.

In years 2013 and 2014 at LinkedIn, I've consulted with the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, InMobi, Oracle, Mercedes Benz, Target, Honeywell and iGate and helped them build, engage and nurture their Social Recruiting Strategy and Employer Brand.

In 2015, I was focused on ramping up LinkedIn's Enterprise Accounts in India helping them scale the adoption curve of social recruiting and building foundational pillars of their employer branding play. As part of my unique role, I also worked on boosting LinkedIn's thought leadership quotient for the India market. My avatar at LinkedIn saw me constantly interacting with CXOs in India on their talent brands. Quarter on quarter, I conducted workshops for CXOs and their Leadership Teams on Talent at Scale and being Social Media & Talent Brand Evangelists.

A few years ago, at Belagavi Technology Companies Association (BeTCA), we thought, why not also come together to celebrate technology, ideas, and the people putting Belagavi on the global map? That’s how the Belagavi Tech Meet was born.

Over the weekend, at BeTCA’s Belagavi Tech Meet 2025, we saw that vision come alive again. Over 250+ people gathered: founders, corporate leaders, students, and dreamers, all united by a single thread: Belagavi pride.

The evening was fun:
✅ Amit Soundalgekar kicked us off with warmth and energy.
✅ Gajendra Tripathi reminded us what BeTCA stands for.
✅ Yours truly had the privilege of moderating two panels with some incredible minds — from deeptech founders like Akash Kulgod and Kawal Arora to leaders like Leena Padihari, Allahbaksh (AB) Asadullah and Shekhar Gaonkar.
✅ Ajit Patil introduced some amazing Belagavi startups, including a young Belagavi entrepreneur unveiling his own electric bike 🚲⚡. 
✅ And RK Patil of Vayavya Labs Pvt. Ltd.  wrapped it all up with gratitude and vision.

We closed with kachi dabeli, chai, and conversations that will spark new ideas. The BeTCA team, including stalwarts likeRK Patill,Hitesh Dharmdasanii,Uday Kinjawadekarr,Ajit Patill and so many more, continue to prove that Belagavi isn’t just keeping pace; it’s shaping the future.

At SRM IST Chennai, where we officially launched HackerHack Campus Crew, the students showed exactly why this spirit matters. Their energy was unmatched, and their preparation blew me away! ⚡  

✅ Our Campus Ambassador Yashi Ghosh, Abhiraj Bhowmick and team had already set up a clear org structure: a President, Vice Presidents, Tech Leads, Design Leads, Recruiting Leads — a complete leadership team ready to run like a startup.
✅ They built their own internal website and app to communicate what HackerRank Campus Crew will be all about. 
✅ They had banners printed, animations running, and key faculty invited to be part of the launch.
✅ They’ve rallied a dedicated group of students who will put serious time into driving this initiative forward.

This wasn’t just another student activity. This was a community saying loud and clear: “We’re serious about building the future.” And that’s exactly what HackerRank Campus Crew is about! 💪

What made this special wasn’t just the turnout, but the conversations in the room. Instead of glossy “AI success stories,” we heard the messy, behind-the-scenes lessons from building and scaling AI products in production.

A big shoutout to our speaker line-up: Abhinav Kimothi, Jithin George, Ayush Garg, Himanshu Dubey Jayesh Sharma & Jyotiska Khasnabish. Each brought a unique lens. From early prototyping to handling production workloads: the discussions were honest, raw, and deeply practical.

The energy in the room reinforced something we believe at HackerRank: the best conversations don’t always happen online, they happen when people building real things come together.

This was just the beginning. Can’t wait to see how the AI Circle grows from here! 😃 🎬

I know I’m a week late in posting about B2B Marketing UnBoxed… but hey, sometimes you need to let the conversations, the laughs, and the learnings simmer before you write about them. (Or maybe I just believe in slow-cooked reflections over the super trendy instant ramen these days 😉).

What made this conference special wasn’t just the panels or frameworks; it was the people. Spending time with amazing folks like Kaustubh Chandra (KC), Udit Agarwal, Praval Singh, Amit Thapliyal, Debur S Balamurali, Ankur Gupta, Mimosa Basu, Anjali Gupta, Anindita Veluri and so many others reminded me why I love these gatherings. It’s where you swap notes, laugh at the same industry jokes, and build bonds that outlast the event badge.

And on my panel “From Field to Funnel with AI,” I couldn’t have asked for better company. 

Karthik Sathuragiri, with his ability to turn strategy into execution at scale without missing a beat is remarkable.  

Nitasha Pania, whose ability to blend brand, communications, and growth into one seamless engine is something I truly admire. 

And Khushbu Soni, whose entrepreneurial drive and passion for building platforms that matter is genuinely inspiring.

I also spoke a little about how we're approaching ABM at HackerRank. I used a Formula 1 pit crew analogy because that’s really what it feels like. Salesforce and HubSpot are the garage: where all our customer and account data lives. Factors.ai acts like the radar, keeping a watch on which accounts are showing intent and helping us spend smarter. Clay is our Swiss Army knife in the pit, enriching and orchestrating data so nothing falls through the cracks. And then there’s OpenAI's ChatGPT with RAG, the AI brain, helping us personalize outreach, craft sharper content, and make SDRs more effective. It’s not about buying shiny tools; it’s about orchestrating them so the car, our pipeline, keeps racing forward. 🏎️

Big love to the organizers for pulling together such a vibrant community of B2B marketers. Because yes, we all come for the ABM, GTM, and AI acronyms… but we stay for the laughs, the learnings, and the reminder that at the heart of it all, it’s still H2H — human to human 😉
